We provide polished concrete floor finishes which are hard, easy to clean and aesthetically appealing.  Nano Lithium Silicate Densifiers / Sealers are applied in number of coats between the polishing process which chemically reacts with the concrete and hardens the top surface. Specialized heavy-duty concrete grinders equipped with diamond impregnated pads of progressive grits are used to gradually grind down surfaces to the desired degree of shine and smoothness. Polishing is a multistep process, you can choose the level of sheen — from matte to gloss — that meets your maintenance and aesthetic requirements. Please note that no Floor Type is maintenance free, but a polished concrete floor that has been properly maintained may give years of service. A routine & basic house-keeping with either manual wet & dry mopping or with auto scrubbers will have a long lasting sheen. DURACOATE LS Liquid Concrete Densifier: It is a blend of lithium silicate & other inorganic polymers, which penetrates concrete slab to increase surface density and hardness. Its unique formulation of uniform, nano-sized particles reacts with the cement components of the slab. Thus resulting in an extremely hard, dense surface that has increased wear resistance to foot and fork lift traffic. It is water based and environmentally friendly and is VOC compliant.   Sealer: It   is a penetrating concrete sealer formulated to enhance and protect polished concrete floors. It is a unique blend of silica, silicates, acrylic with other proprietary additives for surface hardness & water repellency.

Heavy Duty Cementitious Screeds: Every floor is subject to damage over a period of time. So we provide heavy duty cement screed on top of existing worn out concrete floors. It’s a blend of special additives, cement, sand, aggregates & fibers which provide a monolithic hard wearing topping of 25 to 50 mm in thickness.

Concrete reinforcement with steel fibre has many benefits when compared to TMT bar mesh. For one and main is, it distributes uniformly in entire slab where bar mesh sits in between the slab. This very reason results in enhanced load bearing capacity, resistance to crack formation and fatigue of the concrete floor. We decide on dosage, shape and size depending upon functionality or requirement of the floor.

As a secondary reinforcement, we use 100% Virgin Polypropylene Fibres of various lengths in concrete mix. It has an excellent dispersion property thus providing a cohesive concrete mix capable to resist shrinkage cracks & offer higher durability.
