Duplex steel Branch Connection fittings(also known as duplex steel O'lets) are fittings which allow us outlet from a larger diameter size pipes to a smaller one dia pipe generally. The main pipe on which the branch connection is to be welded is usually called the Run pipe and the pipe to which the branch connection gives a channel is called the Branch or Outlet size. Duplex stainless steel sockolets is the components which branch affixes by the method of socket welding inside the olet. The bore matches the outlet bore, and the existence of a counter bore roughly the size of the OD of the outlet provides a socket where the pipe can sit to be welded. These fittings are flareless tube fittings featured with two-ferrel design pattern that compensates for tolerances in tube Ooter .Diameter and manufacturing range in tube in imperial size from 1/16" to 2" and in metric size 2mm to 38mm.These range of double ferrule fittings work on the principle of two ferrules swaging to the tube when tightened. As the nut is tightened the front ferrule swages on to the tube making a prominent leakageproof sealing and the back ferrule makes a positive quinching to the same tube.

This threading facilitates installation process in non weldable environment, as no welding is required with this component because of threading to match the subject. Duplex steel Socket Weld Reducer Inserts are manufactured as per MSS SP-79 specifications. They enable economic and quick combinations of pipeline reductions to be made using standard duplex steel Socket Weld fittings.

These duplex steel Crosses makes four way 90 degree branch connection from the main run pipe line.

Duplex steel Elbow outlet is being used on 90 Long Radius Elbows / bends (either also can be manufactured for Short Radius Elbows / bends) for thermowell and instrumentation connections. We will have the amage of installation of duplex steel elbolets of LR band for better idea. These elbolets are available with two options i.e. Socket Weld type and threaded type for different applications.

The second option is duplex steel unequal cross is unequal cross i.e. reducing cross. The function of these duplex steel cross is same as what of straight cross, the only difference is the option of branch connections. In these type of cross the branch connection size differed from the running pipe size diameter.

These square plugs are manufactured from well tested duplex steel solid round bars in all threading patterns mentioned above.

We are manufacturing duplex steel hex plugs from size range 1/4" to 2" NPS in variety of threading patterns like NPT, BSP, BSPT etc. These hex plugs are being manufactured from hexagonal bars. We do accept to manufacture plugs according to customer's special designs and dimensions.
