Multi Mill

The multi mill machine is equipped with multiple swinging blades to reduce the size of material. The multi mill blades have dual sharp edges, knife and a hammer each. The machine is widely used in industries including chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food processing etc. Provided with vibro sifter, tablet coating plan, dust extractor, and spray coating machine, the pharmaceutical multi mill uses blades to cut down the material size with powerful blast of air enclosed in a cylindrical sieve.

Working principle

The stainless steel beaters are powered to rotate within a specific screen. The material enters through the inlet hopper to the processing chamber where it moves fast in horizontal space and finally passes through the screen. The processed material thus passes through the outlet once its is reduced to the desired size. The final output could vary depending on the beaters shape, speed, and screen size.

Mass Mixer

The mass mixer is used specifically for mixing an assembly whereby the mixing stirrer is in horizontal direction. With single speed and simple rotation, the stirrer rotates at a uniform speed. The intimate mixing is thereby achieved of wet materials like, tablet granulation, powder, chemicals, food and confectioners and other materials. Contra Mixer

the contra rotary mixer is designed to achieve better mixing and consistent granules at lower operating cost along with higher productivity. It works with full vacuum or pressure and at higher speeds. It is comprehensively jacketed for steam or hot water circulation. It comprises of paddled form blades for movement of material back towards the center of the container. The contra mixer comprises of mainly two blades including that rotate clockwise and anticlockwise simultaneously. There are two different shafts that include, solid and hollow shafts. The vessels are fabricated in a form that it can handle complete vacuum or pressure.

Colloid Mill

The colloid mill is suitable for cutting down the particle size of a solid or liquid suspended in a liquid. Equipped with hydraulic shear, the colloid mill machine is widely used for creating particles of same size, dispersing, mixing of materials. The colloidal machine has found its wide usage in industries including food & beverages, pharmaceutical, suspensions & emulsion, cosmetics and more. The colloid mill machinery involves stator and rotor in the cylindrical vessels to do shearing for reducing the material size.

Working Principle:

The material to be reduced enters the colloidal mill through its inlet hopper. It then passes through the gap created between the rotor and stator. The mill then cuts down the size of the material to the desired level. The process requires the inclusion of heavy liquid to start the shearing process. During the milling process, both the materials are stirred at a high rate while the processed material starts draining out of the outlet. If required, the process can be repeated through its re-circulating pipe assembly.
