| Standard version with single disc pack. The coupling allows axial and angular misalignment. No radial misalignment is allowed. |
| Shaft version. The shaft is of variable length and can be delivered in welded aluminium or |
| steel. |
| Standard version with double disc pack and standard length spacer. Double disc pack execution with anti-fail device. Various spacer lengths available for pump applications.Conforms to API610 - API671. |
| Standard type with 2 hubs and one sleeve. Allows for axial, angular and radial misalignment. Long hub version is olso available. Offers compact, powerful design, and easy assembly. Maximum bore in the table is valid for keyway seat DIN 6885/1. |
| In the base execution, GR TRASCO couplings are available in two different versions: |
| precision P or economy S. The difference between P and S type hubs is that in |
| the precision execution the circular sections of the hubs are precision machined, while in |
| the economy execution they are simply deburred. The S version allows lower axial |
| displacement as indicated in the technical performance table. Hubs are available in cast |
| iron GG25, die cast aluminium alloy or forged aluminium. On special request hubs are |
| available in steel or cast iron GGG40.TRASCO couplings are dimensionally |
| manufactured to hub types A , B and "L" (long hub execution). |
| JUBOFLEX couplings are made of: |
| one elastic element made of pre compressed natural rubber reinforced with steel, to be |
| fitted with fixing screws and with a metallic band (to be removed after mounting); two |
| metallic hubs made of forged steel (size 120 produced in cast iron). |
| They are produced: |
| for mounting with SER-SIT taper bush from size 4 to 25; |
| solid hub from size 35 to 120. |
| Couplings can be supplied according to ATEX DIRECTIVE 94/9/CE. "Equipment |
| and protective systems, which may be used in areas endangered by potentially explosive atmospheres". |
| SITEX FL gear coupling, made of a steel hub and a Nylon flange fibreglass reinforced, with high mechanical resistance and dimensional stability at different operating temperatures. |
| SITEX FL gear coupling is tipically used to connect the engine flywheel to different end users such as hydraulic pumps, blade and piston air compressors. |
