DRIVE is an active-participation model based training program to excel in campus placements. It is innovative and unconventional, having lots of contests incorporated in the day to day sessions. DRIVE begins with a unique assessment of each and every participating student on which we call, Dreammakers Trainability Quotient. The DTQ is primarily assessed on the basis of following parameters. The DRIVE Module will comprise of a unified assortment of skills that will not just help the students perform well during the placement process but also Equip Them with the Right Tools to move up the corporate ladder. The students will be trained on all important concepts and skills required during the placement processes through interactive class exercises demonstrating the practical implementation and importance of each of these.
