The Egg Chair is a true classic that will never go out of style. Designed in 1958 by Arne Jacobsen, the Egg was initially developed for the lobby and reception areas at the Royal Hotel in Copenhagen.

Our Replica version of the Egg chair is constructed with a fibreglass shell, just like the original. Padded with multi density polyurethane foam, the Egg is upholstered in wool fabric with a huge range of colours to chose from.

The base of the chair is also constructed to mimic the original. Made of cast aluminium, the chair base has black plastic gliders on the edges so the inner steel does not touch the floor. The chair has a tilt feature with the tension adjuster bar beneath the seat so that you are able to recline and relax.
