RMG is used for Homogenous mixing of dry & wet powders, deaglomeration of wet mass and fast dispersion of binding agent. Dust free, high free flowing dosing particles, high uniformity of granule size. AC frequency control for bottom driven Impeller Mixer with 3 or 4 blades with exclusive scrape side design and Chopper positioned to make granules. Default Pneumatic discharge assembly and pneumatic bowl lifting makes ease the operation. We supplies RMG of capacities 5Ltrs to 2000Ltrs.

Multi Mill
Multi mill is widely used for wet and dry granulation, pulverization etc. of pharmaceutical, chemical, bulk drug, cosmetic, colours, dyestuffs. Food products etc.The unit consists of stainless steel hopper, processing chamber with beater assembly, motor, VFD /DOL starter, three speed pulley, screen and sturdy body.SS beaters having knife and impact edges rotate within a selected screen. The material fed in the hopper enters into the processing chamber where it moves to the pentery and passes through screen. Output & quality of final products depends on (I) shapes of beaters (Knife/ impact edge) (ii) speed (iii) size of screen.Our multi mill machines can be customized based on the specific requirements of the clients.

It is a simple versatile mixer which can also mix semi wet material. Ribbons of various designs are available to handle different materials.
