The construction of Emperial doors ensures it's good strength with elevated look. Fine texture grooving on elevated look adds beauty to its looks. The most exclusive Membrane Door with an impression of Panel Doors, which is made with Pine wood based flush Door & its core is also fully solid. At the sides of emperia door it is covered with either 3.2mm Gurjan Ply or HDF sheet. The Door is very strong by density & due to its esthetic look & feel, it leaves long lasting effect. The most adoring feature that queues this style of door in to a very high end category is the inner portion which gives raised panel look, i.e. made up of 5.5mm thick MDF, which provides the surface for the finest carving to be engraved.

Memrane Premium doors are and exclusive range with elevated look and fine grooving. Membrane doors are laminated with imported PVC foil and pressed in vacuum pressure machine, whichs Ensures the better bonding and long life of doors. Doors are trated against termite and borer with latest chemical to ensure its protetion against microorganism attack. Dormak membrane doors do not require polishin and these are maintenance free doors.
Membrane designer doors are pecuniary & budgetary concept of doors to serve designer doors to all class of society with exclusive solid routing designs on flat surface, herein 2.5-4mm routing is done on the HDF sheet or core of flush doors, which is further covered by PVC foil using vacuum press technique.

Installation Instruction:
Dormak Designer Laminated Doors are specified where absolute face aesthetic uniformity is desired. There doors are laminated with high-pressure laminate sheet of 1mm. The base door is manufactured by seasoned battens and frames with waterproof PF resin. Tubular core is also used to fill the doors. Laminated doors are available in board range of design options, using high quality laminate sheet for zero maintenance and long life.
