DNC Tight Buffer type cables are designed for indoor use to provide highly reliable transmission quality in a controlled environment. Each cable designed for continuous operation and can be manufactured from 2 fiber to 48 Fibers. These tight buffers are SZ stranded in one two layers around a central strength member ( CSM) commonly used in FRP. The DNC FAN OUT is applied to connect 12 core MTP/MPO connector to the LC connectors on the trunk cable. DNC provides both standard and customized branch lengths. When the network equipment is close to MTP patch panel frames, the length of fan out patch cords are minimized. For the hardware and equipment in the same cabinet, the linger patch cords can provide flexibility at any location, and the branch cables can be winded into the vertical cable organizer.

DNC MPO-MPO Fan out cables can interconnect cassettes, panels or ruggedized MPO fan-outs, allowing for the flexibility in case any decision is made to change the connector style in the patch panels, new cassettes can be installed with the new connector style on the cross-connect side of the patch panel without having to change the connector on the cable trunk.
The Multi-fiber MPO/MTP trunk cable can be terminated with Multi-fiber MPO/MTP connectors which are manufactured specifically for multi-fiber loose tube or ribbon cable. The MPO/MTP Trunk cable is designed for Data Center Applications.

DNC Loopback are used primarily as a means to test optical link in networks or devices by looping back the connections from the TX (Transmit) pairs to the RX (Receive ) pairs. By doing this , a complete optical link is formed , allowing the optical performance evaluation of a discrete component or complete link in a network path covering one or more interfaces.
DNC provides MTP/MPO loopback assemblies, which can pass rigid optical, mechanical, environmental test based on the GR-1435 requirements. And also complies with RoHS compliant.

DNC MPO fiber cassette is mainly used for data center with security transactions between MPO pre-terminated trunk cable and LC or SC connectors. they are installed in the 191U-3U fiber patch panels.LC or SC adaptors are installed in the front panels. MPO adapters and pre terminated trunk are installed in the rear panels. Plug and play modular structure enables quick deployment of data center fiber infrastructure and improve trouble shooting and reconfiguration after relocating, increasing and changing the cables.
MTP fiber optic cassettes are pre-terminated and pre-tested enclosed units. They contain 12-fiber or 24-fiber factory terminated fan-outs inside. MTP modular cassettes serve to transition small diameter ribbon cables terminated with MPO connector to the more common LC or SC interface used on the transceiver terminal equipment. Typically, the fan-outs incorporate LC, SC connectors plugged into adapters on the front side of the cassette and MPO connector plugged into MPO adapter mounted at the rear of the cassette. One or more MPO fan-out assemblies can be installed inside the cassette to connect up to two 12-fiber ribbon cables for a total of 24 fibers. Alignment pins are pre-installed in the MPO connector located inside the cassette. These pins precisely align the mating fibers in the MPO connectors at either end of the array cables that plug into the cassettes. MTP cassette, containing factory controlled and tested MPO/MTP-LC fanouts, delivers high optical performance, rapid and error-free installation and reliable robust operation. Using Type A MTP cassette or Type B MTP cassette is closely related to the other components in the whole system.

Product Features
The structure of this 48 port Wall mountable Termination unit is innovative and designed in a up-down bisection. It is easy to install simply by untighneting the fixing nut. This allows fiber optic cables and fiber pigtails to pass in and out in a single slide.
The housing is made of high strenght polycarbonate plastic which provides mechanical strength and insures long-lasting reliability.
The Tray makes use of a Slide-In-Lock and has an opening angle of 90. Making it easy to install and maintain.
Elastic material is used to secure fiber pigtails. When the end of the fiber pigtail cannot be determined it is possible to rout the fiber into the splice tray. If needed the active connector can be installed outside of the housing and there for it can connect termination equipment without requiring connecting adapter.
