Our Complete range of products are Polyethylene Bottle, Glass Bottles and Euro Head Bottles.
FFS means Form Fill Seal Technology i.e. complete processing of bottles inside the machine, thus ensuring complete sterility and full assurance of patient's safety.
These bottles are made from original FFS machine of Rommelag Germany, pioneers in manufacturing this technology. Bottles are made using low density polyethylene granules only of Basell company which is based in Netherlands. Moreover, the final bottles are sterilized using Getinge Sterilizers which is a Sweden based company and offers best sterilization solutions for pharmaceutical industry.
All this results in a product that is of world class quality.

Glass bottles as the name indicates contains sterile drug solution in a glass container. The glass containers used are of USP type II as per the specifications of I.P. and then fitted with Bromo Butyl rubber plugs and flip off aluminium seal to provide that extra safety to the solution inside. These glass bottles are completely neutral in nature and thus results in no leaking of any chemical. The final product is a 100% pure solution that is safe to administer to a patient

BFS means blow fill seal technology I.e. The bottle is made in the same machine and filled and sealed in a continuous process . We are using the latest Rommelag machines and manufacturing the most sophisticated bottles known as Eurohead ( registered trademark owned by D.J. )
