Outer casing is made of double walled Mild steel duly powder coated. The gap between to two walls is filled with ceramic blanket insulation to prevent heat loss. There is a grooved refractory chamber which has kanthal heating element fitted on three side to provide quick heating. Silicon rods are provided in case of high temperature (above 1350C). Temperature can be controlled using a pyrometer or using digital controls. Available in temperature of 1000C, 1200C and above. Inner chambers are of following sizes (in inches):

Switchboard Instruments are permanent magnet (Alnico high flux density) moving coil type with pivot-jewel suspension. The movement is having high torque to weight ratio and linear one with knife edge pointer for accurate reading. It is a standard testing instrument for accurate measurement of very low resistances such as shunts, copper & aluminum conductors or wire and specific resistance determinations of heavy distribution transformers. The bridge comprise 10 steps of standard resistance of X 0.01 ohms and a circular slide wire having total resistance of 0.01 ohm & divided into 500 equal parts so that each division correspond to 0.00002 ohm (or 20 micro-ohm). It is also provided with 5 multiplier ranges of X 0.001, X 0.1, X 1, X 10 & 100 so that the overall range becomes 0.2 Micro-ohm to 11 ohms. Provided with built in compensation arrangement for taking into consideration self resistance of leads from bridge to test object. Complete with one standardized set of 8 leads for interconnections. All standard resistance coils used inside are of Aged Manganin wire or strip so that overall accuracy of 0.05 % is achieved. This model is mostly used in wire & cable industries & conforms to IS : 694 & 1554 & hence it is also named as Industrial Kelvin Double Bridge.

These Water distillers produce highly treated and disinfected water for laboratory usage. The distillation process removes minerals and microbiological contaminants and can reduce levels of chemical contaminants. A water distiller works by boiling water into water vapour, condensing it and then returning it to its liquid state. It is collected in a storage container. Load Frames are used to apply load on the test specimen. The capacity and speed depends on the requirement of a particular test. Load Frames are used in C.B.R. Triaxial, Unconfined Compression Test etc.

Cryo Vials are normally used for storage of Biological material, human & animal cells at temperature as low as -190 C. These sterilized tubes are provided with white prominent graduations and a long marking area for sample identification. The cap of these vials is provided with a seal ring inside to make it completely leak proof. The longitudinal grooves in the base gives a non-twisting feature to these vials when placed in a cryo rack.
