Characteristics
  • Adopt advanced Taiwan TWOWAY cartridge valve hydraulic circuit with little fault, minor reversing impact and high reliability.
  • Oil cylinder is made of alloy cast steel with precision grinding, which ensures reliable performance in high pressure condition.
  • Four columns are made of high strength alloy steel with hard chromium plated surface featuring good wear-resistance.
  • The main hydraulic and electric parts adopt brand-name components from Japan, France, Germany and Taiwan, so the machine enjoys high reliable performance.
  • The slide has fast speed and high productive efficiency.
  • Designed with adjustable drawing speed, the machine is applicable for various thickness metalworking and deep drawing.
Security system
  • Protective fence and the safety interlock to ensure the operation safety. Have a movable single-hand pedal switch.
  • The entire equipment totally security (according to EN292:1994, EN60204:1994 and NR12) and defined as Level 4 of safety.
  • Intrinsic hydraulic safety valve block with redundant control and dynamic monitoring carried out by a security interface.
  • Right side protection: vertical door, pneumatic actuating, made of aluminium frame and polycarbonate transparate plates.

This H-frame hydraulic press is a deep drawing press that is similar in operation to our four-column hydraulic press but features a more compact design structure.

Main Features
  • The H-frame hydraulic press is constructed from rigid high strength steel plates that help with precision power pressing during operation.
  • The machine is fitted with a Siemens HMI screen and highly accurate position and pressure sensors.
  • The hydraulic press features a user-friendly interface that allows compete user control for easy system adjustments.
  • It is equipped with a hydraulic servo valve that allows the power press to run at high speeds and protects the system from impact forces.
  • Monitoring software helps keep the sheet metal equipment operating at maximum capacity and helps keep the user and surrounding personnel safe at all times. The digital display shows operating cycle time, pressure settings, rem position, pressure release time, travel speed, travel setting, complete I/O information and safety alarms.

  • Totally European design, monoblock, welded steel frame rigid to deflection moment and high tensile with ST44 A1 material.
  • Fully enclosed drive, easily accessible for maintenance, eliminates, exposed over hanging parts, slide and bolster tables with T-slots.
  • The C-frame hydraulic press uses a variable flow piston pump offers high pressure resistance, high velocity, durability and low noise.
  • Main cylinder is specially designed for high velocity, motor uses less power, high ascending and descending speed, increased efficiency.
  • Hydraulic pipe system uses integrated circuits manifold block fits inside the press to reduce piping and oil leaks, easy to maintain, simple and safe. Hydraulic system is from Bosch, Germany.
