Dion Daylite Sheet is a low-cost, Translucent corrugated sheet and latest introduction from DION. These translucent sheet possess high UV stability, Heat distortion resistance and fire retardant properties. DION DAYLITE SHEET allowing 40-45% transparency, and the sheet will gently and evenly diffuse natural light, reducing the glare from direct sunlight. The sheets are flexible, light weight and impermeable, thus allowing significant saving in structural cost. With high tensile and fracture strength, the sheets are rust, rodent and termite proof.

As a superior alternative to fibre glass sheets, which are usually handmade, breakable and of inconsistent quality, DION DAYLITE has high impact resistance and load bearing capacity.

1. Surface Layer - Surface Layer- The Material is ASA(Acrylonitrile styrene acrylate) and ultra weather resin, to block the solar ultra violet and reduce the coefficient of heat conductivity, ensure product durability and resistance to chemical corrosion.

2. Underlying layer - contains Multi foam giving to the material light weight and improved sound and themal insulating properties and its a good material toughness special to ensure the strength at the same time, increase the rigidity and light illumination.

ASA is made by intoducing a grafted acrylic ester elastomer during a copolymerization of styrene and acrylonitrile (SAN). The finely divided powder is uniformly distributed in and grafted to the SAN molecular Chains. The outstanding weather ability of ASA is due to the acrylic ester elastomer.
