These Vacuum Pumps remove gas molecules from the Vacuum Receiver ultimately providing ‘suction’ for the applications. The atmospheric air in the closed vacuum receiver is drawn out into the suction manifold and discharged to the atmosphere by means of a Reciprocating Piston driven by a Crank Shaft. Built on the foundation of time-tested Reciprocating, Dry, Lubricated Piston type Technology, these Vacuum Pumps are designed for applications of Medical, Pharmaceutical, Laboratories, and similar industries.

Our Flagship Product Range. Also known as Oil Less, Non Lubricated Compressors. No Oil anywhere in the system ensures guaranteed Oil Less Compressed Air Output. Oil Free Compressed Air is used in all kinds of industries where air quality is paramount for the application, end-product and the production process. Despite its Oil Less Operation, these Compressors are distinguished by the reliability, long life and simple maintenance. Compared to the Traditional Lubricated, Oil Injected Compressors, these compressors offer you benefits in terms of lower operating costs, conforming to statutory compliance, peace of mind and absolute reliability.

Dint-Tech’s Oil Free Gas Boosters are used where the pressure of the process gas needs to be boosted for the application. No Oil anywhere in the system rules out any possibility of contamination of the Gases being Compressed or Boosted. Also, thanks the completely sealed crankshaft and oil less design, these machines are ideal to handle explosive, corrosive and notorious gases. Despite its Oil Less operation, these compressors / boosters stand out on durability, reliability and performance. Gases that can be compressed: Nitrogen, Oxygen, Biogas, etc.

The compressed air is passed through a pressure vessel with two “towers” filled with a media such as activated alumina, silica gel, molecular sieve or other desiccant material. This desiccant material attracts the water from the compressed air via ‘adsorption’ process. As the water clings to the desiccant, the desiccant “bed” becomes saturated. The dryer is timed to switch towers based on a standard time cycle, once this cycle completes some compressed air from the system is used to “purge” the saturated desiccant bed by simply blowing the water that has adhered to the desiccant off.
