Magnetic tube are a simple low cost form of magnetic separation used in a variety of industries from food or plastics processing to chemical and powder processing. According to the environment of your product, these magnetic filter bars can be made with Alnico, Ceramic or Rare Earth magnet material. They can be easily installed into machinery or assembled according to the wishes of the customers. Encased in either 304 or 316 stainless steel tubes 25.4mm diameter. We offer them with either standard ferrite magnets or high intensity rare earth magnets (up to 5000, 10, 000 gauss). We manufacture them specifically to the length requested by the customer. The sealed stainless steel ends are drilled and tapped for fixing purposes.

Single Drum Magnetic Separator :Single Drum Magnetic Separator is most useful for separating tramp iron from non magnetic material processed in bulk quantity, for the purity of end products, recovery of metal having commercial value and protection of processing plant and machinery. These are widely used in all the processing industry for separation of iron contamination from Minerals, Chemicals, Food, Flour, Plastics, Grains, Sand, Cement, Fertilizers, Abrasives, Glass, Slag, Ores, Rock, Refractory and many other products.

Double Drum Magnetic Separator :Double Drum Magnetic Separators are available for highest purity. The material passes through the magnet twice in Double Drum type Machine. These are widely used for separation of iron contamination from Minerals, Chemicals, Refractory and many other products.

The Permanent Drum Separators are available in standard drum diameters of 300 mm. 400 mm, 450 mm, 500 mm, 600 mm, 800 mm Drum width range from 300 mm to 1500 mm. Other sizes can be made as special to your requirement. The larger the diameter and width of the drum the greater is the volume of material which can be handled.

Magnetic separators are offered with two different type of magnets.

The magnetic separator with ceramic magnet are useful for the application where free and larger iron particles are to be separated. The average magnetic intensity on the magnetic drum surface will be 1500-2000 Gauss.

The magnetic separator with high intensity Rare Earth Nd-Fe-B (Neodymium- Iron- Boron) magnets are useful for removing magnetic contamination with low magnetic properties and fine iron particles are to be separated. The average magnetic intensity on the drum surface will be 3500 5500 Gauss.

The permanent Magnetic Drum consists of stationery permanent Magnetic assembly having uniform and everlasting Magnetic field across the entire width of the drum, which is effective over approximately half the drum circumferences as shown in fig.

Drum shell made of non magnetic stainless steel revolves around the magnetic filed. As the material fed evenly from the chute falls over the drum, powerful magnetic, field attract & holds ferrous particles to the revolving shell. As the revolving shell carries the iron particles through the stationery magnetic field, the non magnetic material falls freely from the shell while ferrous particles are firmly held until carried beyond divider and out of magnetic field.

The strength of the permanent magnetic drum is guaranteed to be greater than corresponding electromagnetic Drum.The permanent magnets used are everlasting magnets and its strength does not diminish during normal use and can be used through out the life of the installation.

High Intensity, High gradient, Permanent Magnetic Destoner & Magnetic Roller Separators with the indigenous technology. This has been used successfully in Industrial Minerals applications. The Machine incorporates high energy rare Earth Neodymium Permanent Magnetic Roll Assembly, which is manufactured and assembled under strict quality control and specification to Generate unsurpassed Magnetic Field Gradients. Magnetic Floor Sweeper is widely used in collection of scraps from the shop floor, foundries & machine shop. The foot lever is provided to remove the scraps. The sweeper is mounted on wheels with handle and available in three sizes.

Permanent lifting magnet incorporate permanent magnets in conjunction with steel parts. The permanent lifting magnet provide the power for an indefinite period of time. For practical use the magnetic power of a permanent lifting magnet has to be turned ON and OFF. This is done mechanically. An external power source is not required which means that permanent lifting magnet can be used virtually anywhere. They are so-called self contained devices.

For effective rapid holding of ferrous work pieces, permanent magnetics chuck is reliable, permanent and an inexpensive source. Since they require no electrical supply, consiquently no running costs and no installation charges are involved. Best quality magnets are used in these chucks. Pole spacing is carefully selected to cover the widest range of workpieces on the upper plate. All like poles are connected to ensure the most effective hold on single work pieces or on partial load.The sturdy construction of magnetic chucks is based on the solid assembly of components. The top plate is made of solid mild steel to ensure greater strength and rigidity.

Rectangular magnetic chucks are supplied with in-built ON OFF handles whereas circular chucks are supplied with spare handle to magnetize or de-magnetize the chuck. They are supplied with both standard poles and close poles spacing.

Head Pulley Magnets provide continuous self cleaning on products conveyed by belt. As product is conveyed along the belt it reaches the head pulley and enters the magnetic field where metal contaminants are attracted and held tightly to the belt surface. As the belt is conveyed around the magnetic pulley, metal contaminants are held in place until they pass through the magnetic field where they are safely discarded separate from the clean product.

A diverter is typically installed below the pulley to direct the metal contaminants away from the cleaned product.

Vibrating Furnace Charges are effective solutions to problems such as high labour cost, hazards to furnace operators faced in foundries, melting shops etc. Such a kind of automation allows foundry men to work at a safe distance thus preventing injures arising out of molten metal splash. It also facilitates in rapid and quick charging of the furnace thereby allowing maximum utilization of the furnace. In addition to this, the damage to furnace lining is avoided which normally occurs in manual charging of the furnaces.

The required amount of scrap metal is loaded into the storage hoper at the loading point. The trolley the carries the vibrating feeder along with the storage hopper to the furnace charging point. Here, the vibrating feeder is energized and the material is effectively discharged into the furnace as per the required capacity. As the metal is melted down, fresh batch of metal can be fed into the furnace thereby keeping the furnace full. The capacity of the vibrating feeder can be varied by varying the amplitude of variations. The amplitude of vibrations can be varied by adjusting the position of centrifugal weights or by using a variable frequency drive (optional). A control panel specially designed to suit individual client requirement depending on the sequence of operations required is provided.
