Terroseal Building Guard is a water-based high performance water repellent compound. It forms a hydrophobic barrier beneath the surface and seals out moisture while remaining highly vapour permeable. The visual appearance of the treated surfaces will show nominal or no change resulting from product application. The benefits include enhanced resistance to efflorescence, freeze thaw damage, cracking and spalling. Cured system is resistant to ultraviolet light and may be used as a sealer for surface coatings.
Terroseal Building Guard penetrates and bonds deep within the masonry substrate to provide long- lasting protection against water related staining or deterioration. It does not produce a surface film or impair the natural breathing characteristics of treated surfaces.

How to Use
Application
It is a self adhesive, easy to apply and sets within 24 hours. The resultant surface is silky smooth, joint less, fire resistant, non stick, non absorbent, odorless, hygienic & washable.
It does not peel off in normal coarse & is unaffected by heat or cold. Super Sandla requires very little maintenance & its durability improves with time. Water soluble paints like acrylic emulsion, plastic emulsion, distemper etc can directly be painted on Super Sandla.

Terroza Putty is water resistant white cement based putty for cement, plaster walls & ceilings. Terroza Putty can be applied even on moist surfaces (Internal / External).
It has more adhesive strength, durability & increases the life of paints. Terroza Putty though white cement based, does not require water curing. It renders a smooth & durable surface suitable for all kinds of paints.
Application Procedure
Surface preparationRemove all the loose adhering material from the wall surface with the help of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush. Moisten the wall with sufficient quality of clean water.
Mixing of Terroza PuttyMix Terroza Putty with 35-40% clean water slowly to make a paste. Continue the mixing of material for 10-15 minutes till a uniform paste is formed. It is readymade wall putty for which no primer is required.
Application on surfaceApply first coat of Terroza Putty uniformly on already moistened surface with the help of putty blade or trowel. Allow the surface to dry for at least three hours and then apply a second coat of putty. Leave the surface to dry completely. Always prepare the required quantity of Terroza Putty and use it within three hours of mixing with water. The total thickness of both the coats should be limited to a maximum of 1.5 mm. After complete drying of the surface, if needed, the surface should be rubbed with fine waterproof emery paper. The surface is now ready for painting.
Precautions while usingThough it contains only non toxic materials still care should be taken to avoid dust inhalation while mixing and handling. in case of contact with eyes or mouth, wash with plenty of water.
Keep it in dry place and out of reach of children.

Terroza Water Proofing Compound is unique product for water proofing, protection and improvement of concrete. It is added to the concrete mix at the time of batching. It reacts with moisture in fresh concrete and with by product of cement hydration to cause a catalytic reaction which generates a non soluble crystalline formation throughout the pores and capillary tracts of the concrete. Thus the concrete becomes permanently sealed against the penetration of water or liquids from any direction. The concrete is also protected from deterioration due to harsh environmental conditions
Terroza Water Proofing Compound can be mixed with other dry additives in all standard compulsory type mixers to produce cement-based finished products in powder form.
All hydraulically and non-hydraulically curing dry mixtures with Terroza Water Proofing Compound may be easily mixed with water before application.
