Industrial Ampoule RotaryThe standard machine consists a Feeding Worm set. On pressing Run the Worm and Product Wheel, the products once Enter through feed worm product travel until they come in contact with the star wheel which places the product onto the rotating wrap belt for labelling. Once products are labelled the feed off the machine through the out star wheel and onto the integrated conveyor or Collect in outlet tray collection.

Turn Table is available in various diameter as per detail mentioned below of 600, 750, 900 or 1200 mm as per customers requirement.

The adjustability of DHROM PACKER'S Standard Auto Bottle Bagger is strong, can pack sizes of plastic bags range from 610 mm x 1016 mm and 1016 mm x 1219, in line with the blow-molders using minimal floor space. A Standard Auto Bagger has a single in-feed conveyor that can pack (500 ml) 60 bottles / min. DHROM PACKER'S Auto Baggers use pre-made gusseted plastic bags, which are manually placed on the bagger by the operator. The same operator would remove full packs of bottles from the machine and place these packs onto a pallet / skid. Bagged bottles can then be easily stacked onto a pallet for storage and shipping.
