Semi Automatic Sticker Labeling Machine

Machine conveyor receives Container from infeed Turn Table, it separated by the feeding roller assembly to maintain the Pre determined space between the Two containers according to the Label Length and Container Diameter. Label is placed on the container immediately when it sensed by the Container sensor, it ensures instant adhesive of labels edge. Then it passes through the pressing unit resulting in precise registration and crease-free application. SEMI AUTOMATIC ROTARY BOTTLE WASHING MACHINE

The bottles are loaded on rotating platform where bottles are getting cleaned in a series of operations. The bottle holder i.e. nylon cups are specially designed to accommodate bottles with varying neck diameter and bottle diameter. The bottles are placed in an inverted position in cups. The external cleaning of the bottles is done by spraying showers. Solenoid valves are provided to enable the regulation of timings and sequence of various washing media to suit specific requirement.

Operation :

Operator has to keep a tray of 100 Pre-filled syringes over the SS Stand. Then he has to put a stopper tray with suitable stoppers over the SS 316 Stopper Jig. He has to close the evacuation & Stoppering chamber. Now, he can start the machine. Automatic Stoppering cycle start one by one as per the programmed Stoppering cycle mentioned as under. 100 Stoppers are plugged into the Pre-filled syringes precisely after vacuum hold cycle. Now last cycle of nitrogen flushing with vacuum break completes the Stoppering operation.
