Our Mechanical Shearing Machines have been designed & developed through structural analysis technique for continuous Production, Accuracy and Repeatability.
Rigid, Interlock Designed, and Heavily Welded construction of MS plates and sections is meant to take full load with minimum deflection. The arm is guided throughout its length by fiber guide-ways ensuring proper clean cut. A rigid clutch mechanism is provided for giving continuous strokes for production.
The spring loaded Mechanical Hold Down maintains a positive and uniform pressure along the full length of work piece avoiding slipping and bowing of sheet resulting a clean square cut.
Our Mechanical Shearing Machines are provided with four edge rectangular high quality High Carbon High Chromium (HCHC) knives for longer life. PHOSPHOROUS BRONZE Bushes are provided in all running parts. A rigid and accurate mechanical back gauge & hand operated Single Shot or Motorized Lubrication system is provided with all DEVSON shears as standard equipment depending upon the size of machine.

Frame :The Frame is Rigidly Constructed from Solid Steel Plates with Safeguards. Its Interlocked Design Provides Support to the Bed Directly On the Frame to Avoid Weak Sections At Load Supports.
Hold Down System :Spring Loaded Mechanical Hold Down System is Provided to Hold the Sheet Securely to Avoid Slipping and Bowing. the Pressure of Each Hold Down Unit is Ample to Securely Hold Even Shorter Pieces Under One Hold Down. the Increase/decrease of Pressure of Hold Down is Adjusted Through Cam By Adjustable Lever and Rods.
Knives :Each Machine is Provided with Four Edge Rectangular High Quality High Carbon High Chromium (hchc) Knives for Longer Life.
Fly Wheel :Fly Wheel of Cast Iron Designed to Cater for Sufficient Energy Required for Operation, Brakes Provided On Request and Mounted On Quill for Higher Capacity, in Both Cases. Fly Wheel is On Antifriction Bearings.
Pneumatic Cluster & Brake :Pneumatic Clutch & Brake is Designed for Excellent Torque Transmission Power, Low Inertia/high Torque, Combined with Single-disc Type with Sufficient Fins/ribs for Dissipation of Heat, Pneumatically Synchronized. Clutch Operating Under Pneumatic Pressure Released By Spring, Brake Operating On Spring and Released Pneumatically. for Higher Torque, the Clutch and Brake are Provided Separately. Single Solenoid Valve At Air Entry & Quick Exhausts for Addition Safety.
Mechanical Back Gauge :This Equipment is Provided with Scale to Give Instantaneous Reading of Distance Between Shear and Back Gauge to Avoid Errors.
Finger Guard :To Avoid Accident, Finger Guard is Fitted in Front of Hold Down System for Operator's Protection Without Obstructing His View.
Lubrication :All Moving Parts are Provided Lubrication By Motorized Pump for Smooth Operation.
