BONCAST is a synthetic orthopaedic casting tape made of knitted fiberglass or polyester substrate impregnated with water-activating polyurethane resin. The fabric is extensible in all directions, which makes it very comfortable in use.
Exposure to any moisture will cause the tape to become rigid. The setting time is approximately 4 minutes and it takes 20 minutes for full weight bearing.

High quality knitted substrate and special resin formula T provides smooth surface and strong layer adhesion.

The white cast padding is non- woven and is made using viscose fibers, which brings comfort to the patient while plastered. These cast padding are used before any type of bandage to protect the skin or where swelling is expected. Specially used for sensitive or tender skin, these cast padding can also be used as Leg Roll, Long sponges etc.

Supple, elastic polyurethane film that is similar to skin, extremely fine and transparent for post-operative wound care, for superficial wounds with light discharge also for protecting the newly formed epithelial tissue in wounds that are kept in a moist environment untill fully healed, eg. leg ulcers in their repair phase.
The dressing can be worn for a prolonged period, due to its reliable adhesion and skin tolerance.The extremely thin membrance prevents germs from entering the wound inhibiting the release of water vapour from the skin. DRESSDERM protects the wound, enables movement, kinotherapeutic baths, bathing or showering. The wound can be checked visually at any time, even when cannulas, infusion catheters of drains are attached.
