CG has the largest manufacturing range of low voltage motors suitable for hazardous area. These motors are designed to suit the ignitable atmospheres present in hazardous locations such as Zone1, Zone 2 or Class1 Div 1 and 2. Motors are suitable for various temperature classes & gas groups. CG manufactures Ex'e' , Ex'nA' & Ex'd' enclosure motors. The motors are licensed by BASEEFA for ATEX, CSA for IEC and Ex Div 2 and DGMS / CCO for complete range of low voltage hazardous motors.

The integrally moulded spherical profile seat with a matching profile on the disc shoulder (both closed die moulded) ensures perfect sealing with minimum operating torque and prevents any fluid ingress into the shaft bores.

Advanced membrane separation processes include systems based on micro filtration, ultra filtration, nano filtration and reverse osmosis for sea water and brackish water desalination, industrial process water treatment and waste water recycle.

Using a combination of membrane process and / or electrodeionisation, we offer ultrapure water systems to produce 10-18 Meg.ohm cm specific resistance water, catering to the needs of the pharmaceutical, electronics and semi-conductor industries.

A real workhorse from the IV stables, IVGK model Butterfly valve incorporates the optimum design features to provide long trouble free service in the field. This general purpose soft seated Butterfly valve has a fully rubber lined single piece body with centric disc construction and is available in wafer type body pattern.

Horizontal, end suction, centrifugal, radially split volute casing pump in backpull-out design fitted with single stage radial impeller.

Suitable for handling clear liquids in applications for water supply, irrigation, air-conditioning, fire fighting, auxiliary process in paper, cellulose, sugar, food and textile industries.

Submersible pump in multi-stage construction with radial or mixed flow impellers coupled with oil or water filled, single/three phase submersible motors. Pumps with SS jacket are also available up to 100 mm diameter.

Water Pressure Boosting Systems Fully automatic pressure boosting units available in three variants - K, V & VP with 2 to 6 vertical high-pressure pumps and fully electronic control of the required supply pressure with two standard volt-free contacts for fault indication.

Suitable for residential Buildings, hospitals, office buildings, hotels, departmental stores and other applications.
