Jonagored is a large or very large apple, it is conical or spherical, often irregular in shape and mottled. Skin is greenish or yellowish, smooth and not too thick. Stalk cavaty is wide and deep, often green. Petiole is relatively long (3-4 cm), which makes Jonagored easy to be harvested. Blush is deeply red, often takes up to 1/8 of an apple. Lenticels are quite noticeable and grey. Jonagored offers crispy, gleaming white flesh. The flavour is sweet but with a lot of balancing acidity and an intense aroma. Thus is regarded as delicious and highly recommended.

Icdared is a round or elliptical, medium-sized but quite heavy apple (140 g) Skin is tough, shiny, pale yellow with greenish shades. Lenticels are grey and tiny, almost invisible. Blush varies from pale red to creamy often striped. Flesh is white or creamy, juicy and a bit sour. Exceptionally tasty if properly harvested and well stored.

This variety of Gala is covered in 3/4 with an intense, blurred crimson blush. Fruits are oval or cone-shaped. They are vertically striped or mottled, overall orange in colour. Apples tend to crack at the petiole when the ripe fruits stay for too long on the tree or due to heavy rainfall. Damaged apples cannot be stored, however, faultless ones can be easily kept in cold storage conditions (with or without controlled temperature.) Apples finish repening in the 2nd or 3rd week of Spetember.

Mutsu is an apple of Japanese origin. It is rather large, conical with a greenish, shiny skin with a pale red blush. Flesh is creamy, juicy and a bit sour. Mutsu is a perfect snack but also an ideal semi-product. Mutsu is available from October till March.

Red Prince colouring starts early and lasts till fruits get a deep red shade. Apples are large (75-85mm) oval or cone-shaped. Skin is shiny and almost in 100% covered in a dark red blush. Red Prince is a juicy apple rich in sugars.

Striped Gala is medium or small size. Flesh is creamy or yellowish, tender and sweet with an intense aroma. Skin is deep red with delicate greenish stripes. Gala is available from the end of September till March. It is a Royal Gala variety widely known in Western Europe.

Ligol is a very large apple with a shiny skin covered with a bright red blush on the sunny side of the fruit. Flesh is powdery and juicy with an intense aroma. Ligol is available from October to June. It is popular in Poland where it is known as the most delicious native apple variety.

Golden Delicious is a medium-sized fruit with different shades of skin colour from pale green, yellowish to bright red fuzzy blush. Rusty flesh is coarse, solid and a little juicy. Sweetness is accompanied with sour taste, which makes Golden unique among other apple varieties. It is available from October till the beginning of May.

Red Chief is a large fruit with bright and shiny skin, which makes it look delicious. It is a variety of Red Delicious widely grown in Poland as it is cold resistant. Red chief is deeply red and is known to have juicy, tasty flesh.

Also known as szampion is a medium-sized fruit with a deliacte yellowish skin with red stripes, tasty and juicy flesh. Apples are ripe in the middle of September but kept in proper conditions are available till the end of March. Champion is particularily popular in Eastern Europe and resembles Royal Gala in taste as well as colour.
