the axial flow fan is used for drying, fume or gas exhaust system, process cooling and spray booths. the air flows parallel to the direction of the rotor. these fans come with foot mounted induction motors that are entirely enclosed. they are equipped with special high temperature lubricated ball bearings and are power efficient. we manufacture and supply these axial flow fans at affordable rates.

the fans are equipped with foot mounted induction motor totally enclosed. flow fans meet the racruirernnnr nf ihn nanprnl uanrilminn deeptl axial flow fans meet the requirement of the general ventilating and air condition field. where many combustions of air vofume and pressure are required. these fans are generally available in sizes 12"to b6" with air handling capacities ranging from 1000cfm to 66000 cfm and operating pressure of 1m' to b' water gauge static pressure.
casing - casing covers the overall length motor and the impeller. it is fabricated from mild steel plates with foot mounting arrangement to facilitate installing of fan on the ground. at external terminal box is provided (exce pt forllameproof motors) and casing has one inspection door.
impeller - impeller is of aerofoil section, cast in aluminium alloy. dynamically balanced.
motors - the standard a.c. motors are totally enclosed squirrel cage induction type. suitable for ambient temperatures up to 40 c. flameproof. vapourtight and other motors can be supplied on request.
bearings - ball or ball and roller bearings are etted as standard.
driving arrangement ; these fans are run either with direct drive arrangement ofv- belt drive arrangement. in case ofdirect drive arrangement, impeller and motor are both housed inside casing and impeller is directly mounted on motor
shalt extension. in case or v belt drive arrangement impeller is mounted on a separate shaft supported on two ball bearings and plummer blocks inside casing. the motor is mounted on outer side of casing and shaft is driven with v- belts.
ancillary equipment - the following ancillary equipments available for all sizes of fans ooned inlets. wire guards. dampers, matching flanges. anti- vibration mountings and canvas connections.
hotairand gasapplication - the standard construction of deepti tubeaxiai type fans is suitable forair and gas up to a temperature of 65"c. for temperatures between b5c and 150c these fans are made of v- belt drive type arrangement and are equipped with special high temperature lubricated ball bearings.

We are offering tube axial fan. Sizes 100 mm - 1800 mm, the special features of this fan is - the air flows parallel to the axis of rotorimpeller. It is used for drying, process, fume gas exhaust system elevated temperatures, process cooling & spray booths. The impellar of axial flow fan is mounted on the motor shaft in a tubular casing. It can also be mounted on separate shaft for 'v' belt drive. The fans are equipped with foot mounted induction motor totally enclosed.
