• Maximum wire speed to be coated 12.5 meters /sec.

The wire feed gear box feeds the wires by a set of hardened and ground rotating feed rollers to the extrusion press through wire guides.

• Perfect sealing without cracking and coking for adopting nano-fiber cutter holder and anti- sticking thermo-stable nichrome cutter.

• Special-designed roller with pin to produce small holes on the film to release air.
