Wires & Strips are manufactured by continuous extrusion machine which ensures bright annealed material free from any dust or surface defect which is most suitable for further insulation.

The Glass in FIBRE GLASS may be applied in woven tape form or as a continuous fibre. It has proved to be an efficient insulation providing coil winders with higher thermal stability, adequate electrical properties and good resistance to abrasion after varnishing. The glass is bonded with a varnish for dielectric strength to improve mechanical properties. Fibre Glass is a very suitable for windings of electric motor stators, generators, special transformers and high voltage motors. Paper covering complies with class 105°C insulation is known for its excellent behavior in moist environment. That is why paper covered conductors best suited for oil-filled transformers and switchgears. The thickness of covering & the number of paper layers can be varied to suit the specific requirement. The properties of conductor are determined by the thermal, chemical & mechanical properties of the various paper types.
