It is a miniaturized oven used in the laboratory for doing R&D work on various filter components like seals and rubber components, filter element, adhesive pasting strength and so on.

The oven is equipped with heater and air circulation fan to enable passage of hot air and to maintain requisite temperature inside the oven.

The oven can be supplied in two basic sizes based on the dimensions of the Inside Chamber/Heating Chamber.

The Sizes are:

• 300mm x 300mm x 300mm(Inside Chamber), with three trays
• 600mm x 600mm x 600mm(Inside Chamber), with four trays

However sizes other than those mentioned above can also be supplied based upon customer requirement/request.

The other salient features of this oven are:

• Heavy duty internally insulated air tight hinged doors are provided.
• The doors are provided with toughened glass windows for clear visibility inside the oven.
• The cabin and doors are thermally insulated.
• The cabin and doors are lined internally and externally with thick gauge M.S. sheet over the insulation.
• Provided with double air circulation fan for uniform distribution of heat.
• Provided with Digital Temperature Indicator and controller.
• Trays, Racks and Trolleys are provided inside the chamber.
• Provided with automatic preset cut-off system.
• Utilizes heat load from 1.5 KW to 3.5 KW.

This oven is used in the filtration industries primarily for curing /baking of pleated filter papers and drying of paint/powder coating of Filter Bowls and End Caps.

Each oven is provided with different heating zone with gradual rise in temperatureheat load.The walls of the ovens are thermally insulated.The walls are lined internally and externally with thick gauge M.S. sheet over the insulation.Provided with 06(min.) to 18(max.) air circulation fans depending upon the size of the oven.Provided with Digital Temperature display and controller for each separate zone.Provided with individual control panel and automatic preset cut-off system for each heating zone.The conveyor speed can be varied with VFD driven geared motor system attached to link chain.Zone wise heating temperature can be controlled within the range of 50C to 250C depending upon the size of the oven.Provided with hoods at the inlet and outlet of the oven for discharge of fumes.Utilizes heat load from 26KW to 96KW depending upon size of the oven.
