Our high quality impregnated diamond bits present a metallic layer impregnated of diamonds on their cutting face. Fine diamonds are mixed with a metallic powder called matrix, which is then subject to heat treatment assuring the metallurgical bond of the matrix on the steel blank. Although not as versatile as impregnated bits, the Surface Diamond Bits have specific applications in soft to medium hard formations. The surface set bit, as its names implies, is manufactured with diamonds individually set on the matrix. We select a premium quality diamond, which is of the highest quality for its surface set bits. This carefully selected diamond is mechanically rounded creating overload stones which offer the best resistance to shock loading. The mechanical rounding process has the advantage of eliminating diamonds weakened by fissures and cleavages. This Processed drill or West-African diamond is then chemically treated to reduce friction between the diamond and rock being cut. The high quality heat treated recovery taps (inside) and recovery bell taps (outside) cover most sizes of drill rods, casing tubes, core barrels, bits, and reaming shells in metric or american standard sizes. A recovery tap catches the tubular object form the inside. A recovery bell tap catches it from the outside. They are hence ideal especially for any item of relatively small diameter drill hole.

We bring forth high quality hosting swivel for our clients. Hoisting swivel is commonly used for lifting the drill string. The shackle is normally attached to the wire rope via a safety hook that prevents the wire from coiling. We further make our water swivel available at very moderate price.

We supply bs- dcdma casings made from the best quality seamless tubes for our valued clients. Our casings are manufactured on specially imported cnc lathe ensuring smooth fitting of casing string. These casings have higher wall thickness than flush coupled casings. technical specifications

We are reckoned as a prominent manufacturer and supplier of high speed water swivel. Water swivels connect the pressure hose from the flush pump to the rotation drill string. It is characterized by its inside diameter and maximum load capacity. Drilling with high speed machines for diamond coring application requires a water swivel with a special bearing and seating design.

We manufacture and export high quality w series drilling rod that is widely used in various industries for its high efficiency. Standard 'w' series rods are flush-coupled and a coupling is supplied with each rod length. Atc drill rods are manufactured form cold drawn seamless steel tube and the couplings are machined from heat treated alloy steel to withstand wear and stress to which they are especially prone. We also supply drill rods as per bs 4019 with internal upset, imported tubes.

We manufacture "X" Series Casing from seamless tubes as per "BS: 4019 Part 1-1974". Casing Hax box has threading at both ends & is connected by Pin x PIN Coupling. Further, each casing is supplied along with a coupling. Technical Specifications
