Energy Conservation is achieved by using thick ceramic fiber insulating blanket on surface increasing the overall outer diameter by 2 (minimum length required is 4) power consumption up to 30% because of low thermal conductivity of the ceramic fib, insulation plus band heaters are approximately 80 degree C while running the inside surface temperature at 300 degree C. Available in different watts. Custom Built.

Suitable for application where the 205 Ltr. (44 Gallon) drum is required to be mobile with its contents heated.
