Inline Micron Filters are used to remove dust particles from respective gases. Micron filter (SS body) consist of SS disc (Mesh) of 5 - 10.

Useful for uniform mixing by circular motion in a horizontal plane with a circuit diameter of about 25 mm. Used extensively in tissue culture work, aeration of fermentation and other chemical mixing procedures. The driving mechanism is enclosed in a mild steel sheet cabinet beautifully painted. The motor used is induction type split phase and has a variable pitch pulley system with V belt drive, 150 to 250 oscillations approx. Optionally the shaker can be fitted with DC Motor with electronic speed regulator in place of variable pitch pulley system. The DC Motor will ensure continuous work and precise speed control. The shaking speed will be 50-250 RPM approx. The top platform have neoprene rubber discs to hold conical flask in between them.

New improved model with variable system and DC motor to work on 220 volt AC.) The apparatus consists of an evaporating flask rotated by non-sparking electric motor in heating water bath. The drive unit is clamped in V shaped heavy duty stand. The introduction tube permits continuous feed of the liquids into evaporating flask and also distillation under controlled atmosphere. Pressure Differential Manometer will indicate the pressure behind the HEPA FILTER and after few years, the pressure will be more because of accumulation of dusts at the upstream side. Once the pressure level indicates above 22 mm WG in the manometer or the velocity at the downstream side falls below 60 feet per minute, the filters may be replaced. The velocity can be monitored by using external anemometer.

Carries up to 7 sieves of 150mm or 200mm diameter. The sieve shaker is driven by h.p. motor through a reduction gear immersed in oil. The sieve table does not rotate, but is inclined from the vertical axis and the direction of inclination changes progressively in clockwise direction. If the stop pin-below the table is removed, the shaker can have a rotary motion. In addition to this gyrator motion of the table, there is a pair of rods and a holder are supplied. Process
Once the water is filled, the material loaded the timer set the lid tightened and power switched on the process is fully automatic to the end. Automatic purging (free steaming) taken care of by a solenoid valve. The preset temperature (121'deg C) is attained.
AFTER attaining the set temperature, the countdown of the timer starts. During this period the controller maintains the emperature (pressure) by switching off / on heaters, This saves precious energy and hence money. After the preset time, there is an audio alarm, the solenoid valve opened to exhaust the pressure, and the system switched off.

Gas manifold is used to connect two or more cylinders of same type with common cylinder regulator. The advantage of using manifold is to change from empty cylinder to filled cylinder without disconnecting the gas. MOC is brass chrome plated with ISI mark valve. It also consists of high pressure flexible pigtail of 1 meter long with " teflon tubing with SS brading with mounting bracket. The manifold are also available for two or more cylinders.

Gas distribution panel is used when there is more than one Gas Chromatograph. It helps to controlled the flow & pressure of different gases for different GC's. Gas distribution panels are available in three different types. One is with pressure gauge (to indicate pressure), pressure regulator (to control pressure), ON/OFF valve (to isolate). Second with pressure gauge and ON/OFF valve. Third is with only ON/OFF valve.

Cylinder mounting brackets are used to mount the cylinder on wall to avoid down fall of cylinder. There are two types of cylinder mounting brackets available one with wall mounting and another with floor mounting.

Cylinder trolleys are used for smooth transportation of cylinders from one place to another place. Specially designed (Four Wheel) for easier handling of cylinder.

Tubing are available in different sizes like 1/2", 1/4", 1/8", 1/16" which are available in copper, S.S., teflon, nylon. Size of the tubing are decided on required flow & pressure.

Casing capping are used to cover the above tubing & to maintain the esthetic look.
