Micro Silica is ultra fine amorphous (non-crystalline) polymorph of silicon dioxide. Because of its extreme fineness and high silica content, silica fume is a highly effective pozzolanic material. Silica fume is used in concrete to improve compressive strength, bond strength. It is highly resistive to impact, abrasion, heat and chemical attacks. It also reduces permeability; and therefore helps in protecting reinforcing steel from corrosion.

Barite is the primary, naturally occurring, barium-based mineral. The overwhelming majority of the barite that is mined is used by the petroleum industry as a weighting material in the formulation of drilling mud. Barite increases the hydrostatic pressure of the drilling mud allowing it to compensate for high-pressure zones experienced during drilling. The softness of the mineral also prevents it from damaging drilling tools during drilling and enables it to serve as a lubricant. Calcite is a naturally occurring calcium carbonate media. One of the advantages of Calcite is its self-limiting property. When properly applied, it corrects pH only enough to reach a non-corrosive equilibrium. It does not overcorrect under normal conditions. Upon contact with Calcite, acidic waters slowly dissolve the calcium carbonate to raise the pH which reduces the potential leaching of copper, lead and other metals found in typical plumbing systems.
