DI has developed and successfully installed this product which is used as a Poka-yoke system in stud welding applications.

Most Stud machines donot give a feedback signal for Stud Complete and thus making it impossible to count the number of studs welded.

DI Stud Counter interfaces with the Stud machine veru easily (plug-n-play) and provides an accurate counting and monitoring system which ensures the right number of studs welded in every cycle and thus eliminating rejections/rework.
