Paper Fill Evaporative Cooling Pad
The Evaporative Cooling Pad or paper fill is made of cellulose paper and is engineered from cross-sectional, specially treated flute media capable of absorbing and retaining water to provide the maximum cooling efficiencies. The cellulose media is treated with stiffening and wetting agents to provide the cooling without any water carryover. The pads are designed for tropical and subtropical countries, ensures greatest performance during summer seasons. Mixed Esters of Cellulose (MCE) or Cellulose Acetate (CA) is best for microbiology and environment monitoring test. Contrasting grid lines facilitate counting colonies on the filter surface and are tested to assure freedom from grid line inhibition. The Membrane Solutions MCE membranes are also tested for freedom from grid line inhibition and optimal color reactions on appropriate test media. Features The Cellulose Pad is cross corrugated coated with anti rot, rigidify & wetting resins. The 150 VAPUR+ Pad are made for maximum efficiency, at minimum pressure drop.The pad media is treated with anti-rot and rigidify resins. The media is cross-corrugated to maximize the mixing of air and water. Saturation efficiency ranging from 50 to 98% can be achieved depending upon air velocity and depth of the cooling pad. LEO 2 is a compact, micro-processor (P) controlled, highly accurate and versatile pressure measuring instrument with digital indication. Thepiezoresistive pressure transducer as the heart of the instrument has gonethrough extensive pressure- and temperature tests. Its characteristics arestored in the instruments internal EEPROM. The P of the LEO 2 reads thecharacteristic values and calculates therefrom thepressure to an accuracyof < 0, 1 %FS at room temperature.
The pressure is measured twice per second and displayed. The top display indicates the actual pressure, the bottom display shows the Max.- or Min.- pressure since the last RESET.
LEO 2 has two operating keys. The left key is to turn the instrument on, to select the functions and the pressure units. The right key executes the selected function or unit. The right key is also used to switch between the Max.- and Min.-value.

Carbon has been used for many years in to remove color and odor from liquids. In many applications, loose carbon is replaced with a carbon impregnated filter pad. When using loose carbon, it is necessary to remove the carbon by some means of filtration. It includes a plate and frame filter press, then the press can be dressed with activated carbon filter pads, eliminating the need to dump loose carbon into a mixing tank, and then scraping the carbon off of a filter paper or cloth. This extra process of cleaning the mixing tank of the loose carbon is thus avoided.
We offer two different grades, BK2 , BK25. Each pad can be manufactured with various different grades of carbon, allowing optimization your filtration procedures.
