• Cyclo instruments manufactures base circle discs; used for setting gear tooth profile testing equipment.
• Manufactured from SAE52100 alloy steel; these discs are hardened ground and lapped.
• To retain the dimensions once achieved in lapping; these are subzero treated @ -80^oc.
• Manufactured strictly as per customer’s drawings; these discs are produced up to 330 mm outside diameter; with i.d.o.d. concentricity within 0.002 mm; face run out of the boss within 0.005 mm at 60 mm boss diameter; and individual bore closely tolerated to maintain i.d.o.d. concentricity. i.d. of the disc runs with a precision slide fit with the male locator of the profile testing equipment; whereas o.d. is base circle diameter of the particular gear of which the tooth profile is to be measured.
• Every disc is supplied with traceability certificate and is etched upon with all the data regarding the part number and basic dimensions of the disc.

• Cyclo instruments manufactures master setting rings in the range of 6 to 400 mm & plain gonogo ring gauges in the range of 6 to 250 mm. blank design for both the types is as per i.s.3485-1983.
• Manufacturing tolerance for master setting rings is as per i.s.3485-1983 & that for plain gonogo rings are as per i.s.3455-1971.
• Master setting rings are used to set internal diameter setting instruments such as, dial bore gauges; 3 point internal micrometers and dia-test plugs.
• Plain gonogo rings are plain limit gauges for checking shafts.
• Made from prime quality alloy steel; these rings are stabilized by subzero process @ -80^oc; in a specially designed low temperature test chamber to arrest the dimensional growth.
• Calibration of these rings is done on carl ziess make horizontal metro scope; accuracy of which is traceable to national standards of length through NPL.
• Individual gauge is supplied with calibration report.

• Cyclo instruments manufactures hardened; ground & lapped measuring pins made out of alloy steel; in steps of 0.01, 0.02 & 0.05 mm; in the range of 0.5 to 20mm.
• Having many useful usages such as; measuring small holes; checking locations; checking center distance between two holes; checking slot widths etc.
• The tolerance on the diameter is + 0.002 mm. material of the pins up to 1.5mm diameter is H.S.S. & that of pins above diameter 1.5mm; it is en31.
• Pins are wrapped in an anticorrosive wrap paper & are housed in holes carved out in eye pleasing instrument grade wooden box for handling & preservation.
• The size of the pin is etched chemically on the diameter for pins above 3mm nominal diameter.
• All the pins come in plastic capsules to prevent corrosion.
