Water Bath :
Inner of SS 304 with outer of Lt. Grey powder coated CR sheet, with microprocesor based pid temperature controller, motorised stirrer (TEFC motor) and SS heaters to maintain a uniform temperature.Supplied with a Bath cover with provision to hold 4 nos. of test beakers.
Test System :
Constructed to perform 2 simaltenous tests with duplicates. Supplied with 4 nos test specimens, glass beakers with PTFE covers to hold the specimen. The 4 SS stirrers held by chucks are driven by a geared single speed TEFC motor of 1000 + 50 RPM.The complete system is housed within a sturdy steel frame, elegantly powder coated The Mdrive motor and the gear assembly is housed on the top.
