Crystal Industrial fixed injection quills are recommended for use in pipelines with a flow-rate speed of 40 feet for each second (12.192 meters for every second), or less.
The fixed injection quills are designed for security so that the quill cant be incidentally pulled back or removed from the body.
An Injection Assembly typically for use with High Pressure Access Systems consists of an Access Fitting body with a side Tee through which the fluid transfer takes place. The Tee may be threaded or welded. Welded Tees are either flanged or buttweld nipples. Threaded Tees depend on an NPT tapped hole on the fitting body. The Tee size is rated depending on the injection rate and the injected chemical's viscosity.
Crystal Industrial retractable injection quills are designed to provide a more consistent and quick dispersal of injected chemicals into the center stream of a process pipeline. This avoids corrosive liquids from sticking to the sides of the pipe.
Our injection quills are offered in a range of materials and pressure ranges. Pressure and temperature ranges vary from 150 to 900 psi and 100 F (37 C) and 750 F (400 C). The crack pressure on the RQ series of injection quills is 20 psi.
Crystal Industrial's Flareweld Access Fittings are the most popular type of corrosion fitting mounting configuration. We are one of the most proven manufacturers and exporters of the product.
The model AFI Flarweld access fitting body is designed to be welded directly onto the pipe or the vessel. The corrosion access fitting has a radius that matches the curvature of the pipe or the vessel, with a maximum weld gap of 1/16
Clad plates are utilised as raw material for the manufacture of metallurgically cladded pipes. The plates comprise a base material and a corrosion resistant alloy material. They are bonded together firmly by a diffusion bridge.
Crystal Industrial's Cladded Pipes & Fittings are employed in industries of water, oil and gas refineries besides in sub-sea applications. In our cladded pipes the weld metal is layered on the surface of the work, as against merely joining two pieces of material. This is usually done for achieving wear and corrosion resistance. We use a range of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel and low alloy steel.
Circular coupons are most usually used along with holders that mount the coupon flush with the interior of the pipe or vessel. They come with a chamfered hole which allows recessed mounting accompanied by a stainless steel flathead screw. Flush disc coupons are usually used where pigging otherwise requires the taking out of intrusive-type coupon assemblies before the pigging operation; or alternatively where water-drop out at the bottom of the horizontal pipe runs causes corrosion problems. The disc coupon diameter is 1" (32 mm) with a thickness of 1/8" (3 mm). The insulation and the mounting screw is provided along with the coupon holder.
Corrosion coupons are strip shaped or cylindrical pieces of metal that can be installed in nearly any accessible location in the system.
They are mounted on the appropriate coupon holder and usually placed directly in the flow line and used to calculate a corrosion rate.
Cladded plate is a composite steel plate produced by bonding any cladding material (like stainless steel) plate to one side or both sides of a carbon steel or low. Hence a clad steel plate not only has adequate strength expected of structural materials (base metal) but also has other features like resistance to heat and corrosion (cladding material) and is more cost-effective then using similar products made entirely of the cladding material.
Crystal Industrial's cladded plates are used in a range of industries including construction, ship building and manufacturing of heavy-duty tanks.
A cladded flange is a flange over which process like weld overlay cladding has been done. This process is also done on pipelines and pipeline related equipment like valves, gaskets, rings and flow control equipment. The basic purpose for performing this process on a flange or any other industrial equipment is to create a protective corrosion-resistant layer on parts that are vulnerable to corrosion or wear and tear while operating in harsh environmental conditions.

Crystal Industrial's Bi Metal Clad elbow is cast using mold vanishing vacuum suction casting cladding process. The outer part of the straight pipe is common steel pipe, cladding is realized by creating a high chromium lining through centrifugal forming technique. The outer part of the bend uses hot-bending bend and lining is cast using high-chromium cast iron.
We can also clad Bends and other profile sections in whole and this process has transformed the conventional practice of fabricating bend and other profile sections by drawing polyline without changing flow pattern of material inside the piping, greatly decreasing conveyance resistance of material.
