LNG Vaporization System

Our LNG System incorporates advanced burner design technology combining technologies of both burner air distribution and furnace temperature control. Each of the eight burners operates independently providing for more reliability and efficient nitrogen temperature control. A standing pilot control system is provided for quick response. The nitrogen coil discharge temperature is monitored by the control system and automatically cycles the burners as necessary, managing the nitrogen discharge temperature. Combustion air temperature entering the coil is monitored and will automatically trim burners to prevent over temperature of the process coil.

Steam Sparged Vaporizer (VSI Series)

VSI series vaporizer units are designed for relatively modest capacity (50, 000 _ 150, 000 SCFH or 1, 300-4, 000 Nm3/hr). Ideal for general process use applications, and where non-coded process coils and vessels are acceptable. The process coil is a vertical, helically coiled tube, available in copper or 304SS. They are available with optional pressure building circuits, and are supplied with steam controls and a 500-gallon (2, 000 liter) polyurethane insulated ballast tank. Steam is sparged into the water to maintain the tank temperature, and the condensate must drain to a gravity drain or sump. The VSI series are the lowest cost Steam Sparged Water Bath Vaporizers. Special design requirements for VSI vaporizers are available at additional cost, and relatively minor changes such as designing for low steam pressure can generally be accommodated.

High Pressure Gas Vaporizer
