IT-9212 is a silicone based heat sink compound to improve thermal flow. Applications :Used as a thermal transfer media for facilitating dissipation of heat between power components. Dry Molybdenum disulphide solid lubricant powders used as an additive in other lubricants. Reduces torque and friction; lubricates when pressures reach high; resists liquid or gaseous oxygen, radiation, chemical and vacuum environments; operates over a wide temperaturerange; helps prevent fretting corrosion, galling and seizing. Product applications include its use for press-fitting, assembly, metal forming, running-in new or rebuiltequipment; helps prevent cold welding of metal surfaces under static pressure orvibration (fretting corrosion).

IT-2502 water dilutable synthetic release agent designed to prevent hot spatter from sticking. Spray on the surface to be protected; spatter falling on treated area will not adhere - simply brush spatter away. This does not contain any silicones. It is paintable and will not cause Fisheyes. Synthetic Release Agents prevent hot spatter from sticking to the substrate. Spatter brushes off easily - No Grinding is involved. It is available in 5 lt. containers It is easy to use. Simply dilute with cool tap water. Mix1 part concentrate to 4 parts water IT-2502 washes off easily with water or solvents. Even if it is not removed, IT-2502 will not interfere with the paint.

IT-3307 compound is grease like translucent silicone paste designed for requirements of moisture-proof dielectric seal for ignition systems, electrical systems and electronic equipment. It is stable in the temperature range of 50 to 200^oC. The paste possesses very high dielectric and lubricating properties, high order of water repellency and oxidation resistance which makes it a most amazing water, moisture and dielectric seal-cum-lubricant for switches, cable and cable connectors, battery terminals rubbers and plastics, electrical insulators and ceramic bushing. Applied on electrical insulators and bushings IT-3307 compound prevents the formation of a continuous conducting film of water and thus prevent flashover, minimize electrical leakage and reduce maintenance. It readily wets and adheres, to dry surfaces of metals, ceramics, rubber, plastics and other insulating materials, giving them very high surface resistivity, even under moisture-condensing and dust/ash laden atmosphere. It protects and maintains the flexibility and resilience of rubbers, plastics and similar materials. It shows very great resistance to track and the effects of corona discharge.

When changing your molding machine to run a different material and/or switching the color of the mixture, you need a purging compound that will not only remove all traces of the previous mix, including degraded material from the screw and barrel, but accomplish this with as little downtime as possible. Cortex liquid purging compound cleans the entire plasticator, mixed with a minimum amount of plasticizing material. Dry film lubricants contain special materials thatreduce friction and wear by preventing surfaceto-surface contact between mating parts.
