Dust air particles are being filtered and clean air stream is provided in the zone of exposed product and the operator breathing zone. The RLAF is designed to provide Class 100 working environment at rest with built in scavenging system to ensure product, operator as well as surrounding environment protection.

Single Skin Air Handling Units

As the name suggests, has a single casing made of G.I. or of material as per requirement.

Double Skin Air Handling Units

As the name suggests, has an outer casing made of sandwiched panels with polyurethane foam acting as a thermal barrier for better insulation.

Constructional Features (External Body & Framework)

The rigid framework of the unit comprises an assembly of externally chamfered extruded anodized aluminium profiles and nylon glass fibre corner joints.

This when incorporated with polyurethane foam, 25 mm / 43 mm, thick, pressure injected sandwiched panels, makes the entire unit anti-corrosive and sweat free.

Also, the imported self drilling and self tapping galvanized sheet metal screws adds to the aesthetic beauty of the framework.

Horizontal Floor Mounted Type

All major components are aligned to the base tray, thus making it maintenance and service friendly.

Offers sturdy construction and flexible combination of various components like coils, filters etc. to suit specific applications.

Vertical Double Skin Air Handling Units

Designed to occupy lesser floor space in comparison with horizontal units. Panel opening in front of the fan section enables easy maintenance and serviceability of the unit.

Ceiling Suspended Units

As the name suggests, can be suspended from the ceiling, thus requiring zero floor space.

Completely noiseless and can be tucked away above the false ceiling, or inside the conditioned area itself, thus reducing installation costs and giving flexibility to the design of the interior.

Inner Body & Components of the Unit

The highly smooth inner surfaces of the panels along with internal covings, reduces drastically the risk of dirt and bacteria accumulation. There is no erosion of internal insulation material or any welding of the joints to provide an air steam with zero contamination.

Drain Pan (for air-conditiong applications)

The condensate drain pan is fabricated from 0.8 mm / 1 mm thick G.I. / SS304 depending on the application. This wider drain pan with differential slope assures quick and complete water drainage, thus avoiding migration of moisture, which is the major cause of microbiological growth.

Filters

The unit is provided with 10 / 20 micron, easily washable factory manufactured prefilters. These filters are generally confirming to EU-3 of EN-779 specifications.

Also, depending on the requirement, microvee and HEPA filters can also be provided in the unit.

Blower

Usage of imported Kruger/Nicotra make (AMCA certified) blowers along with anti-vibration spring isolators and rubber mountings isolates the fan from the main structure, thus minimizing vibrations and hence low operating noise. The blowers are balanced after complete assembly to G2.5 level.

Fans with the balance grade of G1.0 can be upon request.

Cooling Coil

The staggered tubes, corrugated plate fins and die formed channels form mild ripples of the flowing air, thus providing excellent heat transfer capability with low air side pressure drop.

Mechanical expansion of copper tubes with aluminium fins assures tight bonding to enhance the heat transfer.
