Mini Pleat Hepa Filter

High efficiency particulate Air Filters are also known as Absolute filters, which are the ultimate means of removal of submicron air borne particles and are widely used, HEPA filters assure a filter that is 99.97% efficient on particles of 0.3 micron in size or larger. Pre Filters

Introduction

Also known as rough filters or coil protection filters. Available from EU-1 to EU-4 as per European standards.

Application

Filters particles down to 10 to 20 microns with an efficiency of 85% to 95%. Recommended for comfort and non-critical industrial applications. They can be installed directly in AHUs or mounted in banks.

Media and Its Function

Superior quality non-woven synthetic filter media, sandwiched between two layers of HDPE mesh which acts as a retainer and screens out large particles, thus, preventing them from being embedded in the media. The finer particles are filtered by the media.

(Also available other filter media like woven HDPE, glass fibre etc.)

Construction and Supports

The pleating of the media enhances the filtration area for better efficiency. To eliminate the possibility of even a small amount of dirty air bypass, the media pack is securely bonded to the periphery of the enclosure frame using epoxy hardener.

Available in M.S. / Aluminium construction, spray painted with synthetic enamel paints.

Bag Filters

Introduction

Most flexible type of filters manufactured as per customer's requirements and are suitable for EU-5 and EU-6 operations.

Application

Filters particles down to 5 or 3 microns, with an efficiency of 85% to 95%. Recommended for dust extraction applications. It can be installed directly in AHUs.

Media

Media is non-woven polyster fibres chemically bonded with scrim backing on the exit side. Other media can be provided as per reqirements.

Construction & Support

Electro galvanized steel rod grilles or anodized Aluminium grilles for bag support, which are sealed with the bags using polyurethane sealants. Bags are intra stitched to prevent bag ballooning and the holes are sealed using synthetic sealants.

Microvee Filters

Introduction

Also known as fine filters or 5 micron / 3 micron filters, & are suitable for both EU-5 and EU-6 operations.

Application

Filters particles down to 5 or 3 microns, with an efficiency of 99.9%. Recommended for industrial and class applications.

These filters can be directly installed in AHUs or mounted in banks in separate single skin plenums.

Media and Its Functions

Superior quality non-woven synthetic filter media with regular labyrinthine structure being built of synthetic fibres, which are bonded together by a special resin. This media is sandwiched between two layers of HDPE mesh, which acts as a retainer.

Construction and Support

Large number of pleats of the media enhances the filtration area for better efficiency.

To improve the efficiency of the filters, they are made 100% leak proof by securely fixing the media pack to the periphery of the enclosure frame using epoxy hardener.

Available in M.S. / Aluminium construction with / without flange, and are spray painted with synthetic enamel paints.

HEPA Filters

Introduction

High efficiency particulate Air Filters are also known as Absolute filters, which are the ultimate means of removal of submicron air borne particles and are widely used for EU-13 applications.

Application

All HEPA filters assure a filter that is 99.97% efficient on particles of 0.3 micron in size or larger. Efficiencies of 50%, 65%, 95% are also available depending on the requirement.

These filters find wide usage in all clean room and pharmaceutical applications where class of cleanliness and particle count is a must. Can be installed directly in AHUs or in a plenum or can be terminally mounted.

Media

Continuous sheet of non-combustible, water repellant, submicronic boro silicate glass fibre media. The radii edge configuration promotes maximum exposure of media surface to airflow.

Construction and Support

Pleated around radii edge corrugated aluminium separators. Available in aluminium filter frames with / without flange. However, S.S 304 filter frames are provided as per requirement.

A fluid fire retardant adhesive is provided, which when dry hardened provides a positive seal between filter pack and rigid frame. Also, a closed cell neoprene gasket is provided for positive sealing.
