Motor

Motors are totally in dust proof construction face / foot mounted TESE / TEFC squirrel cage Induction motor. B3 construction, 415 V + / - 10% 50 Hz + / - 5%, F class Insulation, Ambient 50 cent, S4 duty 40% CDF, 150 starts / stop per hour, crane duty motor, Protection Class IP 55, confirming to IS 325 make Kirloskar, BBL, Crompton & Siemens.

Brakes

Electro magnetic AC disk type / shoe type, electro hydraulic thruster type brakes are designed and built to arrest and hold safety the full load capacity of the hoists, are provided in all motions. These are automatically released when the motor circuit off. This feature works as a positive safety device as the brakes automatically comes in to operation when the power supply fail.

Gear Box

Gear Box are used in hoist are totally enclosed dust proof construction. The gears and pinions are running in oil bath and hence to external lubrication are required. Pinions are of En. 24 & Gears are of En. 9 forged / rolled steel. Use of totally enclosed gear boxes are desirable in view of the increase transmission efficiency and longer life.

Limit Switches

Limit switched are provided to prevent the over lowering and over hoisting.

Button Block

The hooks is single shank C type of forged steel tested as per IS 3815 once to rate table and swivel supported on thrust bearing.

Control Panel

The protective control panel consists of contractors, mcb, relay, transformers etc. The hoist is operated by pendent push button station suspended from the hoist with a wire rope. Hoist are suitable for three phases 415v + - 10%, 50 Hz, AC supply.

Rope Drum

The rope drum is fabricated from seamless pipe / plate having eighter single or double grooved configurations. The rope guide provided for safety of wire rope to prevent our lapping of the rope on the drum.

Optional Features

• Variable speed control / micro speed arrangement through frequency inverts / variable frequency drives.
• Radio remote control.
• Suitable for curvature.

CRANOIST Cage Hoist have been specially designed for lifting the material safely. Goods cage are provided with collapsible gate & goods cage are guided by supporting guide structure/members. Cranoist hoist are used for hoisting & lowering the goods cage. interlocking system & limit switches are provided for lifting the material safely.

Rope Hoist, mounted on a supported I-Beam, which lowers & raises the cage. ln the absence of a RCC well inside the building, a fabricated enclosure supporting structure can be erected on site. This structure is independent of the building can be erected inside or outside the building, just touching. Guide wheels are fitted on the cage which run in the C-Guides which are provided on the structure on opposite sides. This arrangement enables smooth & trouble free travel of the cage in a vertically straight line. Collapsible gates are provided at all entry! exit points for essential safety.

GEAR BOXES

The entire Gear Boxes are made of accurate hob cut helical / spur gears & pinions Having hardness 250 to 300 BHN mode from carbon alloy steel. The all gears & pinions running On anti-friction type ball / roller hearings in totally enclosed oil bath giving constant splash Lubrication. The helical / spur gear designed for adequate strength and optimum wear resistance for smooth operation long life.

ELECTRICAL PANEL

Modular design, covering a very wide operating range. The systems are designed for ease of installation and maintenance and reliable operation, with fuseless circuitry, ducted wiring and non-screwed terminals. Each drive group is equipped with a motor overload protection device to provide effective protection against inadmissible overloading.

SPECIAL FEATURES

• LIMIT SWITCHES To prevent over hoisting & over lowering of hook.
• ELECTRO-MECHANIC DOOR LOCKS near the collapsible gates to ensure. * Lift does not work electrically if any door is open. * The collapsible gate does not open mechanically unless cage is on corresponding level.
