Chiller Temperature Controller :A special action for -50.0C to 50.0C range having independent setting for tember as well as delay time (time m for which Comres- sor has to rest before restarting) Hysteresis is also settable between 0.2C to 9.9C. The delay time is helpful in increasing the working life of the compressor. This is also available for two compressors ( independnet temperatures and the settings) and three compressors.
Temperature Controller with Soak :For heat treatment apipilication addiptional time setting time setting is available to maintain the temperature of the furnace or ovan for the desired set time (0.999min) after the temperature has reached the set value.
BOD Controllers :For controller of ovan temperature below or above m ambient temperature. The heating or cooling realy will turn on depending on whether wt temperature is above or below the ambjent temperature. Second sensior for sensing ambient temperature is provided. Both relays have independent hysteresis sellings (by keyboard).
Temperature Controller With :The facilitynis used in heat treatment or settable rate of rise of temp material testing equipments .Rate of rise is settable by keyboard from 0 to 10C/min
Profile Temperature Controller :This is useful in obtaining variable temperature profile in an ovan or furnace for heat curing application. The time and temperature data can be led by the keyboard, control action can be on/off or time propotional. this is also useful for testing purpose in Laboratory (Calibration Bath).
PID Temperature Controller (Proportional, Integral & Derivative) :This is useful for precise control of temper ature in an ovan, furnce, plastic machinery etc. when job requires high heating during initial period & low heating when temperature stabilizes. Derivative action overcomes sudden changes in temperature due to load changes, integral action corrects the accumulated error.
Derivative time constent and intergal time constant have to be set suitable for the machine whose temperaturemis to be controlled, initially, trial and error methodmis required to select these parameters, but once they are set the action gives better control of temperature.
Relay output for control of contractor or pulse output for control of SSR is provided. Optionally 0 - 10V output can also be provided for control of SCR firing units.
Controller with Analog Input :This is useful in application where transducers are used (i.e. load cell, flow sensor, pressure sensor etc.) The signal can be ) -10V or 4-20m A D.C. Like in other controllers, single set point and two point models are available. These relays can also be used as alternative settings, Calibration through key board is possible.

C&S ACB, conforming to IEC 60947 Part 2 and IS 13947 Part 2, are available from 630A to 6300A, 3 pole as well as 4 pole, in all possible versions - Fixed or Drawout, Hand operated or Motorized. The 4 pole incorporate true 4th pole - rating & contacts same as the main poles but with advance closing and delayed opening mechanism to avoid any Switching Surges and Remnant Transients.

User Friendly, easy to operate and maintain
C&S ACB have features to make it very simple to operate. All type of ACB - even the Manually operated type come with Ratchet charging mechanism to enable effortless, gradual charging of mechanism spring so that, even highest rating ACBs can be charged very easily by any operator. All controls are visible and available in front - Auxiliary Switch, Sliding Contacts, etc. All the accessories like Shunt, closing coil, Under Voltage, etc are fitted in front and do not require calibrations
Safety Built-In
The Drawout ACB can be racked in or out only when the TRIP push button is pressed thus ensuring ACB will not be racked in CLOSED condition. Safety Shutters are supplied as standard. Sliding window in front of both push button - CLOSE and TRIP, facilitates pad locking and avoiding un-authorized operation while maintenance.

The U series Terminal Blocks are based on Modular Type design having all Brass parts. The proven screw clamp design offers high compact force and is easy to use. The special design of the clamp makes it possible to terminate upto 0.2 sq.mm conductor on the lower side. All metal parts are made up of high conductivity brass. The housing is made from engineering thermoplastic type Polyamide 6.6. The feed through terminal blocks are available currently to accommodate conductor sizes from 0.2 sq.mm to 10 sq.mm. The Twin Terminal Block solves the problem of power distribution by accommodating two separate cable connection points on the load side. The Double Level Terminal Blocks offer easy solution to space problem. The special feature of providing offset between lower and upper decks allows better accessibility to the lower level screws and better visibility of labels.
