We make Glass Mirror Coating Plants to make Aluminium Coated Looking Glass Mirrors of any thickness and size from 2 feet x 3 feet upto 6 feet x 8 feet.Plant for any specific size mirror can also be made.

n our efforts to provide latest technologies to Vacuum Metallising Industry, we have developed and introduced, U.V. Lacquer Curing System to do Base-Coat and Top Coat on articles to be Vacuum Metallised, made of glass, plastic, ceramic or metal.

We have developed two types of U.V. Curing Systems. First, in which you can tie your articles on frames and these frames can be cured in the oven. Another, in which you can tie your articles on spool and whole spool can be cured in one-go which will take only about 5 seconds. Also, you can always put your bigger or odd shape articles directly on the oven belt for the curing in our both models of ovens.

U.V. Lacquer instantaneous changes its state from liquid (wet) to solid (dry), as U.V. lacquer coated material is passed through a U.V. curing system.

Horizontal and Vertical Vacuum Metallising Plants are made from 610 mm to 2130 mm diameter chamber, for decorative and functional coatings. We have different models of the Plants to suit ones production requirements and can also make specific size plant to suit particular application.

The current range of Diffusion Pumps is from 4 inch to 40 inch. The pump design incorporates the latestfindings in jet emission dynamics and vapour removal techniques.

Our diffusion pumps offer high pumping speeds, low back streaming, high throughput and tolerance forepressure, low ultimate pressure and long-term reliability. The unique boiler design of our pumps provides high degree of insensitivity to normal variations in voltage and type of pumping fluid. It also minimise pumping fluid breakdown by achieving full operation with a low boiler temperature. (below 240 Deg. C). It also offers full thermal protection against inadequate cooling water, less pumping fluid, and abnormally high system pressure.

Pump accessories such as isolation valves, cold traps, freon-refrigeration and LN2 chevron (optically dense) baffles, etc. are also available.

  COSMIC series - LCO ovens can be used in various industries but these ovens are specially designed to be used in Vacuum Metallising Industry for curing base-coat and top-coat of lacquer on glass, plastic and metallic articles.

  COSMIC series-LCO ovens are double walled with inner and outer shells made of thick mild-steel sheet. Each heating element is independent and can be easily replaced in the event of damage/ failure. Forced air circulation is provided with suitable number of fans in the inner working space, which are driven by a Direct Drive, motor fixed outside the oven. Temperature of the oven is controlled by a digital temperature indicator/controller.

  A control panel is provided on right side of the oven. It contains contactors, MCBs for mains, fans and heaters, digital temperature indicator/controller, digital timer 0-999 min., relays and other required items.

  These ovens can be supplied with trolley, made of mild steel stock or with trays, made of mild-steel sheets. The number of trolleys/trays and size depends on a particular application.

SUPER SILICON-704 diffusion pump oil is a single component, clear silicon based Diffusion Pump Oil that is chemically equivalent to DC-7O4.

SUPER SILICON-704 diffusion pump oil possesses excellent heat-stability, good resistance to oxidation and radiation. Its saturation vapour pressure is very low under room temperature, and changes sharply with the variation of temperature.

The minimal vacuum level can reach 10-9 mm Hg so the oil is most suitable to be used where ultra high vacuum with long service life is required. This oil has excellent thermal stability in addition to low vapour pressure to ensure optimum performance.

SUPER SILICON-704 diffusion pump oil performs well in tough, rugged applications with quick pump down, even after exposure to air at high temperatures. It is thermally and chemically stable, which keeps pump jets free of tars and hard carbon.

SUPER SILICON-704 diffusion pump oil can be used to produce high vacuum in the aerospace and electronics industries and is ideal for metallurgical and research needs, instrument manufacturing industry. It works well with vacuum coating operation.
