The Automatic Bag Slitting Machine is a versatile automatic emptying machine and earns its name owing to its ability to empty any type of bag be it paper, or HDPE of 25 - 50 kgs capacity. It is ideally suited to Indian conditions where the raw materials in bags are not properly sealed.

Dust Conditioner is used to mix powder, sand or other granulate materials with water in order to fix the dust. It is the most economic, advanced technology dust processing equipment that is very easy to install. The dust conditioner can mix and humidify the dust at the same time. The first part is a screw feeder, while the second part is a mixer. There are two sprinkler nozzles with valves to conveniently adjust the water flow. The mixer blades are specially designed to mix the powder and have a long life time.

Screw Feeders installed under a silo are usually connected/ bolted/ welded to a Dia 300mm butterfly valve. The reduction cone is a functional utility device that ensures smooth connection in case of the diameter of the screw being lesser than the butterfly valve. PLS-type Bin Level Indicators have been specially developed & designed for electric signalling by rotatory action of minimum or maximum material level inside bins, hoppers or silos. i.e. Paddle remains stationary till the time powder is in contact & starts no sooner powder level goes down the paddle radius.

Filter Hoppers
Filter Hoppers are used under air filters as reservoirs for collected dust and are designed also to carry the filter itself. Filter hoppers are produced with a single inlet as standard and all inlets have a dust suppressing unit. The standard outlets have a flange for butterfly valve.
COSBEN has introduced Eyelets that will be fitted at the flange for every section. These are for passing Electrical Cables. This will ensure that the Electrical cables do not hang down from the screw causing a safety hazard. The Eylets are wide enough to accommodate a PVC Pipe, if you decide to lay your cable through it. PVC Pipes are recommended for running the cables along the Screw Feeder / Conveyor so that the cables are protected by some degree against the weather.
