Honeycomb pallet is made from honeycomb paper core , firmed by paper protectors, and it has strong resistance to pressure, resistance to bending strain, tear resistance, and loads up to 2000kg per square meter in static situations. This product is light, cheap, clean, good-looking, cushion, and it conforms to the policies of exempting from fumigation and being environment-friendly, which are especially convenient for the transportation of household appliances, electronic products, auto parts, paper and clothes in packing, import and export. So it can completely replace wood pallets, EPS pallets, plastic pallets and can exempt from the processes of fumigation and wood-moth proof.

Wood pallets can weigh up to 50 pounds, while Honeycomb Paper Pallets weigh roughly 10 pounds! That’s a 40 pound difference! If you calculate the numbers, you would be transporting 960 pounds less per truck load if you used honeycomb paperboard pallets rather than tradition wood pallet.
