This charcoal is made of coconut shell charcoal fines powder, using starch as a . it is not a very high technology involved product, but good thought of product manufactured mainly out of the charcoal waste (powder, fines, dust and small chunks) created at the kilns (manufacturing points) and also the charcoal waste created in activated carbon charcoal briquette processing coconut shell charcoal powder as per required size is procured from activated carbon facilities as per the requirement. The powder is subsequently mixed with organic binders and water, mulled or mixed in a muller for an overall coating of the gumming agent. The mixed powder is then dumped into the hopper of a charcoal briquette machine. The formed briquettes or then passed over a vibrating mesh to remove and loose material and the final product is then collected over trays for drying. The trays are then stacked over a movable tray into the dryer which dries using hot air. Shape of the briquette: pillow shape (50mm*50mm*25mm)
