Enamelled Wires Generally known as Magnet Wires used in Electrical Machines such as Motors, Generators, Transformers, House hold Appliances, Auto-Electrical, Electrical Hand Tools, Refrigeration (hermetic) Motors, Fans, Coils, Relays, Ballasts etc are made from high Purity Copper and by using Enamels Manufactured by Reputed Manufacturers and Produced with Standardized Process Parameters to Achieve Consistent Quality.

Copper anodes are manufactured from the purest electrolytic ally refined copper cathodes and are ideal for electroplating due to their even alloying.

These anodes have excellent utility to customers due to their unique surface shape which ensures even distribution and can be used number of times with no loss of consistency, thereby producing less sludge. They are also not sensitive to passivation and can tolerate high chloride content.

Anode types specialized at Copprrod are:

Oxygen Free Anodes:Manufactured from extremely pure copper (99.99% minimum) and are free of grease. They easily dissolve and melt due to uniform structure allowing easy handling.

Phosphorous Copper Anodes:The phosphorous content of these anodes is consistent to the extent of 0.04 % - 0.06% with uniform distribution due to the oxygen free melt in the casting process. These are widely used in the plating of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and in acid copper plating baths.

These anodes are available in ball and slug shapes in multiple sizes and can be manufactured as percustomer specification.

Cold drawn through Rod Breakdown Machine with online annealer, these wires are offered in coiler, stem pallet or in bundles.
