FRP Square type Cooling Towers operates on the induced draft counter flow principle operation. The fan creates air movement vertically pulled upwards on tower across the fills in opposition to the water flow.
Hot circulating water enters the water inlet headers and sprays through non clogging PP spray nozzle. Water distribution is even. Well designed PVC Drift Eliminators are fitted to reduce Drift Losses. Square Fiber Glass Cooling Towers are provided with Inspection door for easy access for inspection and maintenance.

The evaporate cooling towers essentially combines a cooling tower and a condenser coil in single equipment. It eliminates the sensible heat transfer step of the condenser coil water which is required in the cooling tower/condenser system. This permits a condensing temperature substantially closer to design wet-bulb temperature, and consequently, minimum heat process energy input.
The closed circuit cooling tower was being tested at our factory with real heat load, with required water flow and was exported to Iraq after confirming the performance.
The fan system sucks air through the falling water and over the coil surface. A small quantity of the water is evaporated, removing heat from the primary circuit and cooling it inside the coil. Therefore, like the cooling tower, all of the heat rejection is by evaporation, thus saving about 95% of the water normally required by a "once-through" system.

These Cooling Tower are designed on the principle of evaporative cooling in which, hot water comes directly in to contact with the ambient air and the cooling is achieved mainly by portion of water that is atomized to a mist state, which is then converted to vapors, thus caring away the latent heat of evaporation.
TECHNICAL FUNCTION
The name "FAN LESS FILL LESS" says it all. Devoid of either the fan or the fill media these towers are guaranteed for 100% savings in power & maintenance down time.
The special aero dynamic designed FRP / GI louvers minimize spillage and evaporation losses. The Hot Dipped Galvanized structural and S.S. fasteners increase the life periods of the towers. Their unique non clog nozzle atomizes water to fine mist state to ensue efficiencies of the towers and are easily maintained even during operations The Hot water from the heat source is circulated to the inlet header of the Cooling Tower. The inlet header pipes have branches and sub branches covering the internal area of the cooling towers. The non clog nozzles are connected at the outlets of the sub branch piping's.
At an inlet pressure of 1.5 to 2 Kg/cm2 to the Cooling Tower, the hot waters are atomized to a mist state. The nozzles are self designed to create more pressure thereby converting water into minute atomized particles. From the four sides of the louvers, plenty of fresh air is automatically circulated by the aero dynamic designed FRP louvers. Waters are directed by the special aero dynamic louvers towards the collection sump. The louvers ensure that the water do not spill out of the towers.
