Construction
Mild steel or stainless steel sheets are used to make Consultech air showers. Two doors are provided on either side of the air shower, which gets interlocked and operate on magnetic system.MS/SS sheets are used to make the doors which are equipped with clear windows made of glass or acrylic. A electrical control panel is made within the body which is controlled through a programmable logic control system. The control panel unit facilitates user to adjust air nozzles and operation time sequence. Operation timer of the air shower can be adjusted from 0-3600 seconds, based on clients requirements. The unit also comprises an emergency setting button to switch itself off. Our air shower comprises a non-skid metal flooring for users safety along with adequate lighting system for good visibility in poor natural lighting conditions
PrincipleOur air showers are closed cubicles which operate on the principle of subjecting the personnel through adequate velocity of clean air coming through a pre filter assembly, comprising of poly fiber synthetic media (washable). The same air is again passed through a high efficiency perfect air filter.

The multi-cyclone recovery chamber facilitates 98 % power utilization. The powder coated spray chamber has excellent longevity and is maintenance free. Its easy to clean and results in a very quick change of color and also safe to operate. It doesnt cause powder to spill out of the booth and maximizes recovery through multicyclone. Multi-cyclone Recovery SystemThe multi-cyclone recovery systems maximum powder efficiency of 98.5 % gives it an edge over other powder recovery systems. Its high velocity decreases the powder from sticking and reduces the cleaning time. The blower sucks any over sprayed powder through a cyclone recovery system and then the powder collected in the bottom bin can again be reused.
Rechargeable powder is completely utilized with the help of multi-cyclone. As per the pollution control laws, very fine powder of less than 0.5 micron ( does not catch static charge ) need to exhaust. This powder is arrested by the post filter and exhibits breathable air.
Inside the sealed metallic chamber, several filter cartridges are mounted. When the air enters the chamber, the filtration happens outside in. Periodic purge removes the powder and cleans the cartridge. Clean air is let out through the blower outlet. .
For recollecting such useless powder, Bag filter is used. These bags are made of non-oven filter media.
Construction
Available in different capacities, the Modular Air Handling Units (AHU) manufactured by Consultech offer the best results with minimum hassle. Having been in the industry for two decades, Consultech offers a blend of traditional functionality with modern methodology to meet the ever-changing requirements of the industry.
The strong framework design of AHUs offers inherent strength and stability. The aluminum profiles are corrosion resistant with specially designed three way corners. The panels are pressure injected with CFC free polyurethane foam up to 40 Kg/cum densities. A galvanized steel channel base is used to mount the entire framework. The condensate drain pan is fabricated out of corrosion resistant stainless steel insulated on outside with close cell insulation.
The compact allows the units to be vibration-free which enable noiseless performance. The former makes the units easily maintainable. Sections with imported centrifugal fan, cooling coil, and filters comprise of the basic assembly. We also provide add-on optional modules such as thermal break with coved profiles, heating coil, face and pass damper, humidifiers and air mixing chambers are also available on specific demand. The units can be manufactured with direct drive plug fans as well. The units are available in Single Skin , Double Skin, Ceiling Suspended type.
