1 Products availableLeading Manufacturer, Supplier & Retailer of Energy Guiding Chains, balancers, Equipment Carrier, Wall-Mounted Jib Booms and Column-Mounted Jib Booms.
Energy guiding chains make it possible to move the interface for access to energy and digital data at high speeds. In addition to horizontal travel, vertical and circular configurations are also possible. The basic chain design makes it possible to configure a mobile system with the optimum length. We offer:
Plastic mono-link chains. Low-noise design for especially quiet operation and minimal vibration. Special plastic materials available for low or high temperatures or for use in explosion-protected areas.
Duo-link chains with aluminum frame stays for optimum design as a function of customer-specific requirements. Especially high torsional rigidity. Also available with sliders to permit maximum travel speed.
Energy Guiding Chains of galvanized or stainless steel for operation in harsh industrial environments. Suitable for applications that call for long travel distances without support. Self-supporting guides permit especially long travel distances with no difficulty.
Conductix-Wampfler industrial slip rings provide the solution to transmit electric power and electrical signals from stationary to rotating units in all types of machines like revolving cranes, rotating purifiers in sewage or water treatment facilities, carrousels, manipulators, wrapping machines, radar and antenna dishes, theatre stages, wind turbines as well as in cable reels.
Our fully developed and versatile standard program facilitates to assemble slip ring assemblies with any number of poles. Current ratings up to 1200 A and voltages up to 24 kV are possible. The range in size for the slip ring assemblies starts with 30 mm up to 360 mm diameter and lined up to 100-poles.
Conductix-Wampflers cable protection systems Trenchguard and the new designed CoverZIP protect main power supplycablesfrom damaging caused by port vehicles crossing the runway of cranes in container terminals, bulk ports or even steel mills.
Cables unwound from motor-driven cable reels and laid down in a trench are not only safeguarded against loads, but also shielded from environmental conditions and from spillage or other objects entering the trench.
The continuous flexible belt that covers the trench allows the crane to move at any speed. The belt is returned to its closed position as soon as the crane has passed.
The circular conveyor is a functional and high quality ceiling transport system. This system is the most cost-efficient solution for all locations that require high volume material transport, whether continuous or in cycles.
Circular conveyors are characterized by their low weight and quiet operation. Easily accessible drive stations provide trouble-free maintenance. The modular system also allows the chains, rails and load on the transport system to be adjusted to fit many different facility requirements. Rerouting or expansion is possible at any time.
The main structural feature of the system is the polyamide slide profile, which snaps into a special, cold-drawn profile tube.
Because of this, the smooth chain only needs to be lubricated in vertical curves that may be included in the track layout. The possible applications of the circular conveyor are as variable as the goods that can be transported. This includes light containers and even bulky goods.
Conductix-Wampfler balancers can be identified by their conical cable drum, which ensures that the retraction force remains virtually constant, throughout the full cable travel. As a result, the position is retained after the attached tool has been used. In addition, no noteworthy increase in retraction force occurs when delicate operations are being performed. As a result, Conductix-Wampfler balancers permit fatigue-free working, even over prolonged periods of time.
Conductix-Wampfler retractors are designed in such a way that retraction force increases smoothly as the cable is extended. As a result, the attached tool is returned to its starting position by the retractor after use, leaving the workbench free for other tools or equipment. An assurance of precision work is provided by the progressive increase in spring force.
Equipment carriers are complete pre-assembled units that allow the use of multiple different tools. They are comprised of a ground cart / trolley and additional components based on actual usage requirements. Equipment carriers are available in different lengths and can be fitted with outlets, service units, spring tensioners, etc. based on customer needs.
Compressed air or electric tools can be suspended and positioned on spring tensioners or balancers for quick access. Equipment carriers may only be used along a straight line and cannot be used in curves

Cellular bumpers / buffers are characterized by high energy absorption with long compression lengths. This results in low final pressures and favorable retardation values. Cellular buffers are made from a cellular Polyurethane Elastomer with high structural resistance. Their principal quality is the volume compressibility, which is responsible for their relatively low transverse expansion during load application. Cellular buffers are resistant to aliphatic hydrocarbons, such as oil and grease, and against ageing. A general resistance can therefore be assumedfor technical applications.
The cellular buffers are not resistant to strong acids and leaches. The operating temperature is between 20C and +80C.
Generally special types are only offered and supplied on request. If cellular buffers are mounted over 3 m high they have to be secured by installation of safety ropes.

The following vibrations are insulated respectively dampened:
Constructions and quality characteristics:The vulcanization guarantees the highest cohesiveness between rubber and steel.
Natural caoutchouc rubbers are characterised by their very high elasticity and tensile strength. Other qualities are their notch impact resistance and good abrasive resistance. Among all Elastomers these have the highest mechanical and dynamic load capacities. Natural caoutchouc is not resistant to electrolytic liquids, aliphatic, aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons.
Oil and natural gas are the basic materials for synthetic caoutchouc. For many years this has been a substitute material for natural caoutchouc, but today this synthetic caoutchouc is used increasingly as first choice for many applications. Today there are a wide range of synthetic caoutchoucs, whose properties allow a variety of applications thereby, establishing the use of rubber technology within modern methods.
Moreover, rubber is not merely a chemical substance, but a compound of many different materials. The varied mechanical and anti-corrosive properties can only be achieved by a recipe of several hundred substances. Caoutchouc as a macromolecular material provides the elastic components of the rubber. The mechanical properties, such as breaking elongation, resilience elasticity, strength and continuous breaking strength are dependent on it. The addition of chemicals and other additives and the subsequent vulcanization process make the material useful.
The multitude of additive combinations as well as the many physical forms means that for most problems there is a solution.
