Grass Paver Blocks is a green alternative to cover large areas instead covering them with traditional paver or PCC.

They allow percolation of rainwater into the ground, allow vegetation growth, reduce reflection of light, therefore reducing heating of the surrounding structures and look appealing.

These pipe cradles were manufactured for wrapping them around HDPE pipes. They serve the purpose of increasing the weight and thus preventing them from floating, when there is no water filled in the pipes but they are immersed in water.

As you can see the precast cradles are quite precise, the moulds used were accurate and the cradles contained embedded threaded inserts, which could take up bolts to tighten them around the HDPE pipelines.

Precast concrete can be shaped as you want and there can be threaded inserts, quite precisely placed, and with choice of high performance concrete or even the ultra-high-performance concrete, it can be used where earlier steel was considered the only option.

We manufactured precast columns, panels with grooves and company logo, and a screen which sits on top of panels for this project.

The panels were cast using a vertical battery mould, so the grooves and logo was on both vertical faces of the panels.

We can add textures, logos, and take up different designs as required for the projects.

• Posts are cast in strong, accurate moulds to get good straightness & ease of placing the concrete planks.
• High strength of concrete will reduce any damage during installation/handling or transplant.We use battery moulds for casting planks. This gives cast, smooth & accurate finish on all but one side of plank.

• 125 mm x 125 mm size should be used for maximum of 2 meter post length. This is combined with 40mm thick, high strength, 1800x300 size planks. Both these elements are light weight & thus installation is easy & fast.
• 150 mm x 150 mm size of posts should be used where 1800mm are more height is required above ground level & a more robust system is required. Maximum height of post should be 3000 mm in this sectional size.
• Posts can be supplied with a MS Plate at top where an additional Y can be welded to put up a barbed wire section on top.
• Posts can be customised to suit site requirements ( height as required by customers, cross sectional size can also be given as required).
• Panels can also be customised. (length can be given as required).Logo or Motif as required can be embossed on the panel surface.
• Top or middle panel can be given in the form of screen.It is possible to add texture to the panel surface.
• Perhaps the only fencing wall system which can be moved from one side to another with more than 90% utilization of existing structures.

• Molds are made from same master, so they are exactly same in geometrical dimension. You will never get a mismatch in shape.
• All Kerbs have rounded edges. Rounding up the edge give a good aesthetic finish as well as eliminate problems due to edges getting damaged.
• Since the edges are neat, joints can be left open. Joint filling & curing is mostly half done at site. This activity & associated problems & costs are all eliminated as kerbstone are fixed without joint filling.
• The range is not limited to what is described here, we can easily give L type, or other shapes as per your requirements.
• We can add your logo or a motif on the kerb-stone surface. Give them a rough texture by sandblasting or make them look like dressed stone. It is possible to make a small niche and put reflector strip so that they become easy to see during low light.
